★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente por desconocimiento los médicos especialistas toman está clínica para usar quirófano u recuperación de pacientes pero el personal en especial las enfermeras muy indisciplinadas en esto me refiero a que comen en su lugar donde llevan papeleo etc y están en pleno chismescito y tardan para atenderte cuando las llamas y déspotas (solo dos enfermeras amables ) hojalá los doctores nos pudieran dar otras opciones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una pena, llegué con una hemorragia y lo primero que me dijeron fué cuánto me iban a cobrar y que si quería ser atendido tenía que esperar tiempo indefinido. Por suerte yo mismo pude parar la hemorragia y me fuí a la cruz roja después de 30 minutos de no ser atendido, el policía muy amable me dió un pedazo de papel mientras que las enfermeras se negaron a darme una gaza o algo para poder parar el sangrado. Cuidado con las urgencias en este lugar, pésimo servicio!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención...El trato desde el guardia de seguridad, llegué lastimada de un accidente en carretera y no me permitía la entrada aún trayendo el pase medico. La señorita que está junto a el haciendo preguntas que las señoritas de recepción también me preguntaron. Y aún que te ven lastimada no les importa y primero es su papeleo mal organizado Son 3 y de las 3 no se hace una, súper mal organizadas. Atención pésima por teléfono.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi hija a consulta , pregunté el costo y me dijeron que $300 pesos , pero que por los síntomas tendrían que realizarle una prueba de COVID , no me preguntaron si quería ni dieron costos , cabe mencionar que fue una prueba de antígenos que no es tan cara , y a la hora de pagar fueron $ 1,900 $1,600 de la prueba y $ 300.00 de la consulta , realmente un robo, deberían preguntar antes de realizarla.
No les recomiendo ese lugar es un verdadero robo, y tardaron mucho para a tender a mi hija , hasta me sentí en el imss .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio , lleve a mi esposo el vigilante muy necio no me dejó pasar , entiendo la contingencia pero en este caso mi esposo no podía caminar , y era importante q yo pasará, y ni así me dejó pasar ni siquiera abrió la reja.algunas personas como yo buscamos servicio médico privado para evitar este tipo de situaciones . Deberían de evaluar el mal servicio que dan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor hospital donde puedas ir. Tienen un solo "médico" para atenderte, se tardan mil horas en pasarnos, en mi caso vine por el seguro del auto ya que tuvimos un percance. Estuve 2 horas esperando. Muy mal el servicio, te hacen tres veces las mismas preguntas, si la señorita que te atiende al inicio le diera la información a la recepcionista y está a su vez al médico no fuera tan molesto el que te hagan y hagan preguntas. Ojalá la aseguradora pueda cambiar de Hospital.
The worst hospital where you can go. They have only one "doctor" to attend to you, it takes a thousand hours to pass us, in my case I came for the car insurance since we had a mishap. I was waiting 2 hours. Very bad service, they ask you the same questions three times, if the lady who attends you at the beginning gave the information to the receptionist and is in turn to the doctor, it would not be so annoying that they ask you and ask questions.
