★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente es un hospital, que en una urgencia no te respeta tu seguro de gastos médicos, pidiendo cantidades fuertes de dinero de inicial, primero dicen que si y cuando ya estás con la ambulancia, no reciben a tu paciente , te dicen que simplemente no aceptarán tu seguro, se aprovechan de la situación. Que triste que el juramento hipocratico y la sensibilidad humana ya se les olvidó en este hospital.
 Unfortunately it is a hospital, which in an emergency does not respect your insurance for medical expenses, asking for large amounts of initial money, first they say that if and when you are already with the ambulance, they do not receive your patient, they tell you that they simply will not accept your insurance, they take advantage of the situation. How sad that the Hippocratic oath and human sensitivity have already been forgotten in this hospital.

Llegué con mi paciente con bradicardia para que lo viera un Cardiologo de URGENCIA y antes de ingresarlo me dijeron que debían hacerle el examen para probar que no tenia COVID, pese a que lleve examen previo y certificado de vacunacion. Sin embargo me negaron el servicio porque ellos tenían que hacer la prueba para estar seguros". Ningún síntoma indicaba ser covid.
Y lo peor su "triage" es la recepcionista y un cuestionario, donde lo que sea que señales es Covid.
Terrible place. I arrived with my patient with bradycardia to be seen by an EMERGENCY Cardiologist and before admitting him they told me that they should do the test to prove that he did not have COVID, despite having a previous examination and vaccination certificate. However, they denied me the service because they had to take the test to be sure. "No symptoms indicated covid.
And the worst thing his "triage" is the receptionist and a questionnaire, where whatever he signals is Covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia mas reciente fue hace 2 años, Excelente hospital, trato digno, amable y super profesionales, tuve 2 operaciones de urgencia, pagadas con gastos medicos mayores, ninguna queja.
My most recent experience was 2 years ago, Excellent hospital, dignified, friendly and super professional treatment, I had 2 emergency operations, paid with major medical expenses, no complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal médico excelente aunque no forma parte del hospital sólo usan los quirofanos. El cuanto a personal de enfermería buen trato aunque no explican los supuestos protocolos que son importantes al momento de salir del hospital. Lamentablemente en la parte administrativa el personal de recepción y caja explican de forma nula los procesos, procedimientos, trámites y lo peor de todo los pagos que terminan cobrando lo que jamás se ocupó. Y este último aspecto o mención pone al personal médico de cabeza dejando son valor alguno su pepfesion, etc. El personal de vigilancia lo mejor del hospital es importante mencionarlo puesto que ellos terminan hasta explicando mejor que los supuestos profesionales que tienen cargo administrativo en el hospital. No recomiendo el hospital.
The excellent medical staff, although not part of the hospital, only use the operating rooms. Regarding the nursing staff, good treatment, although they do not explain the supposed protocols that are important when leaving the hospital. Unfortunately, in the administrative part, the reception and cashier staff do not explain in a null way the processes, procedures, paperwork and worst of all, the payments that end up charging what was never dealt with. And this last aspect or mention turns the medical staff upside down, leaving their pepfession, etc., of no value. The best surveillance personnel of the hospital is important to mention since they end up explaining better than the so-called professionals who have an administrative position in the hospital. I do not recommend the hospital.
