★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve una Mac hace unos meses por un problema de particiones. Tardaron algunos días y al momento que me la entregaron, la computadora curiosamente estaba totalmente descargada. Después de cargarla pude ver que no lo hicieron nada la Mac estaba igual, con el mismo problema, pero si me cobraron. Cuando fui a pedir un reembolso o simplemente una explicación se negaron, no me dijeron, por que no le hicieron nada y argumentaron que “No estamos autorizados para regresar dinero” al parecer están sólo autorizados para robar. Pésimo servicio. No lo recomiendo.
I brought a Mac a few months ago for a partition problem. It took a few days and when it was delivered to me, the computer was curiously totally unloaded. After loading it I could see that they didn't do anything, the Mac was the same, with the same problem, but they did charge me. When I went to ask for a refund or just an explanation they refused, they didn't tell me, because they didn't do anything to him and argued that "We are not authorized to return money" apparently they are only authorized to steal. Terrible service. I do not recommend it.
