M	Mariana Licea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimoooo, primera y última vez, lleve un Huawei p30 pro, a que le cambiaran la pantalla, tardaron cerca de 2 meses en entregármelo, para que a los 5 días exactamente de repente de la nada se apagará, pague 850 disque de un mantenimiento que a fuerza te hacen pagar y 5500 costaba la pantalla, supuestamente nueva, directamente desde Huawei, por eso tardaron tanto en entregarme el cel que por el envío de la pantalla que venia de "china", total en menos de un mes empezó a fallar, parpadeando esporádicamente y conforme pasaban las horas cada vez era más frecuente, puro tiempo y dinero perdido, ya mejor fui a Telcel y ahí mismo me dijeron que me hicieron una mexicanada que ellos no están certificados con Huawei no pudieron haber puesto una pantalla original, te lavan el cerebro y al final te hacen un mugrero. Además, accedieron ilegalmente a mis fotos violando mi privacidad y las borraron a propósito. Si se llega a filtrar contenido sensible los hago responsables. Al confrontarlos, la persona que me atendió me dijo, haz lo que quieras.

Cuando me hablaron fue para cobrarme más de 6,000 pesos. Al final, después de amenazarme con desconfigurar mi teléfono, llegamos a un acuerdo de un costo "decente" pero me borraron a propósito todas mis fotos. Así trabajan en este negocio. No vayan con ellos.

Anyways, I was lucky to find this place. I sent them an email beforehand, and they let me know they had the screen in stock. I then took a taxi and they repaired my phone within the hour, as promised, for 1550 pesos. The front desk woman was nice and tolerant of my bad Spanish. The place in in a residential area, but they do have a large banner and the office area is very professional looking on the inside. I highly recommend Hospital Celular as a stop before getting a new cellphone.
