★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi padre es militar retirado y gracias a la atención recibida en el hospital, ahora tiene un riñón menos, una sonda permanente y acaban de intervenirlo, en una clínica privada, para retirarle una "malla" que se alojó en el intestino que le dejaron hace 2 años en alguno de los muchos procedimientos que le hicieron. Esto amerita una demanda, cosa que haremos, por lo que decir que es una institución de tercer nivel con altos estándares de atención, es una burla, ha venido decayendo con los años y los médicos militares actuales viven de glorias y fama pasada. Además hay muchos médicos internos civiles sin compromiso.
My father is a retired military man and thanks to the care received at the hospital, he now has one less kidney, an indwelling catheter and he has just undergone surgery, in a private clinic, to remove a "mesh" that was lodged in the intestine that was left a long time ago. 2 years in one of the many procedures that they did. This merits a lawsuit, which we will do, so to say that it is a tertiary care institution with high standards of care is a mockery, it has been declining over the years and current military doctors live on past glories and fame. In addition there are many civil intern doctors without commitment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención médica, lleve a mi madre a urgencias y la estabilizaron en dos horas, le hicieron RX, analisis de orina y de sangre con resultados inmediatos, ese mismo día la dieron de alta con una gran mejoría, felicidades a los doctores!!!
Excellent medical attention, I took my mother to the emergency room and they stabilized her in two hours, they did an X-ray, urine and blood tests with immediate results, that same day they discharged her with a great improvement, congratulations to the doctors!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantaría darle 5 estrellas pero ya tengo 3 año tratando d q m atiendan en neurología y a la fecha solo 2 veces m han atendido y diferente doctor y no m andicho q es lo q tengo, ahora marco para reagendar cita y el teléfono siempre suena ocupado y/o no contestan, q desepcion de verdad y luego l terminan diciendole a uno cuando ya está realmente grave "porq no bino antes" ?
I would love to give it 5 stars but I have already been treating dqm for 3 years in neurology and to date they have only seen me 2 times and different doctors and I don't tell them what I have, now I dial to reschedule an appointment and the phone always rings busy and/ or they don't answer, what a real disappointment and then they end up telling you when it's really serious "because I didn't come before" ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy lamentable que después de haber servido durante tantos años al Ejército mexicano los retirados y sus esposas reciban tan pésimo trato (espera durante muchas horas para una simple consulta) además de la pésima atención quirúrgica con tantos casos de negligencia médica. Es simplemente vergonzoso que sean tan clasistas. Es una de las peores etapas de este Hospital y de toda su estructura de tantos años. Vergüenza debería darles. No hay guerra en este país como para que tengan siempre copadas las áreas de espera. No hay ni como justificarse. Ganas me dan de que les lluevan jitomatazos en su próxima desfile. Sin vergüenzas. Con los sueldos y horarios que tienen en esos lugares a expensas del erario público! Lástima tan flamante General Secretario pero parece que muy poco puede hacer con el enorme elefante blanco que es el Hospital Central Militar!
It is very unfortunate that after having served the Mexican Army for so many years, retirees and their wives receive such lousy treatment (waiting for many hours for a simple consultation) in addition to lousy surgical care with so many cases of medical negligence. It is simply embarrassing that they are so classist. It is one of the worst stages of this Hospital and its entire structure for so many years. Shame on them. There is no war in this country so that the waiting areas are always full. There is no way to justify it. It makes me want it to rain tomatoes on them at their next parade. No shame. With the salaries and hours they have in those places at the expense of the public treasury! Too bad such a brand new General Secretary but it seems that very little can be done with the enormous white elephant that is the Central Military Hospital!
