★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendieron a mi papá hace poco en este hospital, recomiendo claro que se tenga seguro de gastos médicos mayores para que el servicio sea bueno, en nuestro caso fue así y estoy muy agradecido con los médicos y enfermeras que lo atendieron.
 My dad was recently treated at this hospital, I clearly recommend having insurance for major medical expenses so that the service is good, in our case it was like that and I am very grateful to the doctors and nurses who treated him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve mi cesárea en el hospital apenas la semana pasada y la atención tanto de administrativos como el equipo de enfermeras fue de excelencia. Las enfermeras me hicieron sentir cómoda y estuvieron pendientes de mí y de mi bebé en todo momento. La habitación muy cómoda y las instalaciones en general muy limpias , hacían en aseo diario.
I had my cesarean section in the hospital just last week and the attention from both the administrative staff and the nursing team was excellent. The nurses made me feel comfortable and were aware of me and my baby at all times. The room very comfortable and the facilities in general very clean, they did daily cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hospital tiene buenas instalaciones para operaciones con todo lo necesario para urgencias médicas , atendieron a mi esposo por apendicitis y cómo veníamos ya con diagnóstico del Dr Froylan todo salió muy bien, fueron muy atentos desde el ingreso y puntuales en la operación, la enfermeras son muy atentas, aveces tardaban un poco por la demanda de pacientes pero el personal es muy atento desde la recepción hasta el personal médico.
Lo que puede mejorar es la rapidez ya cuando el paciente está en piso sobre todo en temas de apoyo con la limpieza o algún tema ya con el tema de pagos con el seguro , es muy tardado pero es parte del proceso administrativo
The hospital has good facilities for operations with everything necessary for medical emergencies, my husband was treated for appendicitis and since we had already been diagnosed by Dr. Froylan, everything went very well, they were very attentive from the moment of admission and punctual in the operation, the nurses are very attentive, sometimes they took a while due to the demand of patients but the staff is very attentive from the reception to the medical staff.
What can be improved is the speed when the patient is on the floor, especially in support issues with cleaning or some issue with insurance payments, it takes a long time but it is part of the administrative process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no atendieron como debían a mi pariente, ni le dieron los medicamentos que necesitaban. El neurocirujano que le toco muy negligente y dejaba todo para después. Al momento de dar de alta, se tardaron de más para aumentar la cuenta. Para finalizar necesitamos la prueba covid para otro trámite y no nos la querían dar, una actitud muy grosera de la encargada de eso.
Terrible service, they did not treat my relative as they should, nor did they give him the medications he needed. The neurosurgeon who touched him was very negligent and left everything for later. At the time of discharge, they took too long to increase the account. To finish, we needed the covid test for another procedure and they did not want to give it to us, a very rude attitude from the person in charge of that.

Debo decir que la atención de el cuerpo de enfermería y médicos fue muy buena. Mi queja es del lado administrativo. Llevamos 6 horas y contando esperando el alta de mi papá porque mandaron información incompleta al seguro. Resulta que la persona que tenía que llenar el formato que falta no está hoy y la respuesta del hospital es decirle que se quede hasta mañana para resolverlo.

I must say that the care of the nursing and medical staff was very good. My complaint is from the administrative side. We have been waiting for my dad for 6 hours and counting because they sent incomplete information to the insurance. It turns out that the person who had to fill out the missing form is not there today and the hospital's response is to tell him to stay until tomorrow to solve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia ahí fue muy buena sobre todo con las enfermeras que me atendieron, yo ocupe mi servicio de gastos médicos mayores y la verdad fue muy rápida la respuesta. Sugiero tal vez, antes de entrar por cuenta propia al hospital consulten a un intermediario de gastos médicos ellos ya tienen demasiado experiencia para decirte si entra en la póliza o no( ya sea para cirugía programada o urgencia medica),así se evitan malas experiencias y aparte no dan depósito al entrar al hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elegí esta clínica para tener a mi bebé pero si hubiera leído los comentarios no me habría llevado tan mala experiencia.
Luego de tener a mi bebé tardaron horas en llevármela y el final tuvo que ir mi pareja por ella. Tuvimos que rogar para que fuera la pediatra a verla y al final así fue pero su atención fue pésima y aún así nos cobro carísimo por sus honorarios.
El trámite para mi salida fue el más tardado, casi me quedo otro día. Al recibir los costos me cobraron estudios que ni siquiera me hicieron porque ya los llevaba y pruebas que nunca me tomaron.
Horrible, no vayan.
I chose this clinic to have my baby but if I had read the comments I would not have had such a bad experience.
After having my baby it took hours to take her away and in the end my partner had to go for her. We had to beg for the pediatrician to go see her and in the end she did, but her attention was terrible and even so she charged us very expensive for her fees.
The procedure for my departure was the longest, I almost stayed another day. When I received the costs, they charged me for studies that were not even done because I already had them and tests that were never taken.
Horrible, don't go.
