★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La experiencia que he tenido de la clínica Napoles ha sido de gran calidad, desde que mi padre se hospitalizo ha tenido buena atención desde el área de admisión, como trabajo social, enfermeros, terapista y doctores que están a cargo, han sacado adelante a mi papá y han sido muy puntuales en las video llamadas y en dar los diagnósticos. El trato y el seguimiento ha sido excelente. En mi caso estoy agradecida con el desempeño y atención que se ha dado.

Para ser hospital la limpieza deja mucho que desear, en horas que he estado en diferentes horarios y días solo vi una sola vez a una señora de limpieza con instrumentos de trabajo muy sucios, la cubeta parecía que la habían sacado del lodo. El "área de urgencias" el pasillo huele a muerto. Un familiar y un amigo salieron con infección en los brazos donde les colocaron el suero con agujas inadecuadas porque no tenían material.
No recomendaría el servicio. Les falta mejorar mucho.
It lacks to have better facilities. For being a hospital, cleaning leaves much to be desired, in hours that I have been at different times and days I only saw a cleaning lady once with very dirty work instruments, the bucket looked like it had been taken out of the mud. The "emergency room" hallway smells like death. A family member and a friend came out with an infection in their arms where they placed the serum with inappropriate needles because they had no material.
I would not recommend the service. They need to improve a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estaba a punto de ir a esa clínica por lo céntrica que es. Pero leyendo las reseñas, mejor me ahorro el mal rato. Que bueno que existen estos canales en donde te enteras de las experiencias y previenes robos y malos tratos.
I was about to go to that clinic because of how central it is. But reading the reviews, I better save myself the hard time. It's good that these channels exist where you find out about the experiences and prevent theft and mistreatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, pésima atención, acudí por emergencia y éramos los únicos en todo el edificio, el personal te intentará cobrar lo más que pueda y en general los procesos son muy raros. Lo único bueno fue el doctor que nos atendió, pero el resto deja mucho que desear, lleven a sus familiares a otros lugares mejor
