★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus instalaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado (sólo aire lavado) y para ser hospital privado tiene horas de visita muy restringidas, pero la atención por parte de los médicos está bien.
 Its facilities do not have air conditioning (only washed air) and for a private hospital it has very restricted visiting hours, but the attention from the doctors is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio por parte del oftalmologo asi como entre ,asi sali del consultorio y no me ayudo con mi problema ,,no lo recomiendo en cuestion de oftalmo !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Las doctoras se van a desayunar y te dejan esperando una hora en atenderte. Piden gorditas y las dejan en recepción. Mejor ir a cualquier similares a que te consulten es más rápido y mucho más barato.
Terrible service. The doctors go to breakfast and leave you waiting for an hour to help you. They ask for gorditas and leave them at reception. Better to go to any similar one to be consulted is faster and much cheaper.

Por esta razon las esperas son de caso dos horas para consulta general. No aceptan american Express, y con cualquier otra tarjeta te hacen um cargo adicional. La consulta general esta a $200.

Esto pasó el día de ayer antes de las 10 de la mañana, le pagué con un billete de 500 pesos, me dio el comprobante y me fui a esperar turno...me desesperé por el tiempo de espera y fui a cancelar y ahí fue cuando me di cuenta que no traía el cambio, me dijo que volviera a las 2 de la tarde, fui y me dijo que no había sobrante y le dije que no se valía eso y que si lo ocupaba que lo disfrutara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El radiólogo te entrega un CD, de las radiografías, las llevo y no las pueden ver en la computadora, me piden las laminas u hojas, y voy y me dicen que solo se entregan en CD, cosa que no te explican antes de tomartelas y de pagarlas, dicen que me van a dar las láminas y la persona de radiología me mantiene fácil 4 hrs esperando, para decirme que no me las puede dar en lámina, ni tampoco me específica que me las puede dar pero con un costo extra, total que solo perdí mi tiempo y y solo hice coraje con todo el personal, pues nadie te ayuda y hacen lo que quieren
