The hospital staff, nurses ect were great but this hospital has problems with admin issues like have been posted previously. They chose not to work with our insurance company and like another poster said basically held us hostage until things were paid. We were assured when we checked in that all was in order but when it is time to leave it is another thing. If you have insurance and are planning on them paying for it so you don't then I highly recommend you go somewhere else. I can tell you I will never, ever go there again.

I went in for what was thought to be broken ribs, and was rushed into surgery for a collapsed lung instead due to the knowledge and insight of the ER doctor. time was important during all this, decisions were made quickly, and I felt confident in how they were treating me. the doctors are excellent, and very attentive. The facilities are brand new with state of the art equipment. The staff and nurses were extremely friendly, caring, and well spoken in times of crisis. I highly recommend this hospital for any type of medical treatment.
J	Jason Kazakoff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go here if you want to wait a really long time for anything that needs to done sister broke her arm the bone was threw the skin they didsnt have a doctor utill 12 hours later then later qent back to change bandages which took a nurs 2 min to do took about 4 hours of waiting don't waste your time here any other time I have needed nedical help in mexico I was in and out in 40 min do 8ot recommend this place

My son had food poisoning and we had to come into the emergency area at Hospital CMQ in Bucerias. The hospital was recommended to us by friends of ours who live in Bucerias part-time. We are so glad they pointed us in the right direction! Doctors spoke English well, the nurses and medical staff were very nice, and the prices were reasonable. At the end, our insurance company covered our expenses, so we didn't have to pay for the services ourselves. Overall it was a very good experience despite my son's unexpected illness!

I had to take injection for my severe pain then on releasing, I got lots of medication to take. By the way, due to my situation, the nurse took me to emergency within a minute. Thank you CMQ for taking care of me.
