★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a small private hospital, very attuned to protecting the patient before they even enter due to the virus. The people were all very nice, most of them spoken English, a real plus. We were told they were expensive, but after a consultation that took about 30 minutes and was very comprehensive it was only 250 pesos, which is reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No test results within the same day-after 3 hours calling, someone picked up the phone. Incredible bad service in puerto Morelos.
Finally the customer service from Cozumel tried it again to contact them and it worked. They tried to send the email to a wrong email, even after talking to them and assured we didn’t receive an email, they didn’t double check and pretended to have send it again.
In the end the emails were not correctly read by then.
Sorry but it took us a half day and energy to finally get the results!
It’s almost the most expensive one, but not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my PCR test with them, no drama, quick overall operation from registration to actual test. I Do STRONGLY recommend my US fellow citizens to schedule the last possible flight back to US on the day you’ll return home because the results will not come early in the day. Barely got mine on time for a 5:30pm flight / 3:30pm check in time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had the name of the doctor that came to our hotel room for our antigen test before leaving back to the US, but he was very kind! He spoke with us, and calmed me down before my test and was all in all so nice and gentle. Thank you CostaMed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible very bad service and I was very disappointed from the abusive way of the cashier who was not professional at all. I had a fracture on my toe and they wanted to charge me 1500 dollars for a simple bandage, because I’m a tourist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply superb service. We turned up at just after midnight to be met by an English speaking lady. The English speaking doctor was excellent too. Follow up service was kind and efficient. The level of concern, care, consideration and politeness were all exceptional. Thank you all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service for our group of 4 Canadians to get PCR tests to travel home. 1,650 pesos per person, cash or card. Their website says appointments are required but they don't take appointments if you call. We showed up at 9am Friday and there was one person ahead of us. Completed our paperwork and all finished testing by 10am. Results (all negative) received by email at 1pm the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phenomenal hospital! I had a medical emergency and had heat stroke. I am visiting from the United States and felt my care was equal to if not better to any medical care I’ve received stateside.
The staff was attentive, the facilities were clean, the rooms had world class equipment and monitors.
I’m very very grateful to the care team that took care of me here. Rest assured if you or your loved one needs care while in the Mexican Riviera this is where I would bring them!
