★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía muchas espectativas de este hospital, ingresé a este de emergencia, y no tienen las cosas básicas , hacen análisis innecesarios y todo muy caro. No tienen ni un psiquiatra algo que debería de haber en los hospitales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte de la recepcionista del área de ginecología, anota lo que quiere cuando apartas consulta, no contesta llamadas. Pone mala cara ni explica nada.
Y la Dra Erika apenas y da la consulta. Pero porque la recepcionista le da mal la información. No regresaría.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fuimos a un estudio al laboratorio que se llama uretrocistograma, y parecía que no tenian todo listo para ello. Hicieron esperar a mi esposo, en la batita esa medio encuerado y von frio e intentaron 3 veces introducir la sonda, no esta bien, es un estudio penoso
e incómodo y el dr. Sin actitud, preguntando, tienen jeringa, a ver preguntale a la dra. Esto o aquello. hasta que mi esposo se molestó y pregunto si sabian hacerlo o no? No me parece ético ni empático con el paciente, si no estan preparados para esos estudios, no los hagan, no está padre estar con todo al aire, todos viendo y tocando. Que desagradable ? A nivel hospital nos han atendido bien, hemos estado varios veces, con mi esposo, mi hijo y mi suegra, atendidos excelentemente por el dr. Guraieb. Pero si es verdad que tardan hooorasss con las cuentas. Pero bueno... ojalá chequen eso por favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo funciona muy bien de día. Es un hospital de reciente ampliación. Sólo cuenta con un número de teléfono, que por supuesto, la recepcionista no contesta. Envié a un paciente a determinación de anticuerpos en sangre para Covid. La nota de pago tiene las 20hrs. Dijeron que en 2 hrs enviaban el resultado a mi correo, tiene 3hrs y media y no lo mandaron. Imposible comunicarme. Me contestaron una vez, pero no me contestó laboratorio. Y volví a marcar al único número que tienen, en múltiples ocasiones, pero ya no contestan.

I sent a patient to blood antibody determination for Covid. The payment note is 20hrs. They said that in 2 hours they would send the result to my email, it has been 3 and a half hours and they did not send it. Impossible to communicate. They answered me once, but the laboratory did not answer me. And I redialed the only number they have, multiple times, but they no longer answer.

A mi esposo le hicieron un examen electrocardiograma y fueron $500 la verdad con la consulta no de me hizo caro,leeo muchos comentarios que está caro para una emergencia cuándo uno no tiene seguro está bastante bien la clínica Me encantó el servicio! Y pasan rápido al paciente!!!! Quiciera información si tienes paquetes de gastos médicos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy desagradable la atención de la recepcionista Mercedes Trujillo Rivera, te pide firmes documentos y se niega a entregarte copias, recordandole que cada documento que firma u cliente tiene derecho a tener copia y es obligación de la institución entregarla.
De plano ya grosera dijo que no me entrega nada que es documentación interna.
Que si tengo algún inconveniente lo vea el área jurídica.
