★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención. El responsable no quiso realizar un trabajo rápido argumentando que tenía mucho trabajo cuando se encontraba sentado ocupado con su celular, posición que volvió a tomar cuando me negó el servicio.
 Bad attention. The manager did not want to do a quick job arguing that he had a lot of work when he was sitting busy with his cell phone, a position he took again when he denied me the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible atención, les lleve un zapato nuevo y se lo encargue mucho al señor, era una reparación ”sencilla” por la cual me cobraron 25 pesos. Al ir a recogerlo se veía el pegamento sobrado, mal pegado y obvio les pregunte porque había quedado así? A lo cual me respondieron de pésima forma que “por lo que pague! Si no estaba a gusto que me devolvían el dinero”. Ellos ponen los precios yo no, yo fui a pedir un buen trabajo lo cual no me hicieron y encima se enojaron y me hablaron los dos super groseros. Cero lo recomiendo!
Terrible attention, I brought them a new shoe and I entrusted it to the man a lot, it was a "simple" repair for which they charged me 25 pesos. When I went to pick it up, I could see the excess glue, badly glued and obviously I asked them why it was like this? To which they responded in a terrible way that “for what I paid! If I was not happy, they would give me my money back ”. They set the prices, not me, I went to ask for a good job, which they didn't do to me, and on top of that they got angry and the two of them spoke to me super rude. Zero recommend it!
