Las instalaciones son buenas con baños relativamente limpios. El estacionamiento es muy pequeño y no es gratuito, ni siquiera para los pacientes que acuden a cita programada. Por más de una hora estuvimos a la espera de ser consultados y el señor no se presentó. Por una parte entiendo que surgen imprevistos y en el caso de los médicos aparecen emergencias inesperadas. Sin embargo, teniendo la secretaria que maneja la agenda del médico ya mencionado, y contando en ella con mi número telefónico, jamás me llamó previamente para cancelar. Ya en el sitio, al preguntarle a la secretaria que pasaba solo me decía que el doctor iba en camino. Es decir, ni estando presente en el lugar me dijeron que no le era posible acudir al lugar al especialista. 3 veces en intervalos de 15 minutos estuve preguntando y la respuesta fue "ya viene" y nunca llegó. Mi coraje es que viaje desde el norte del estado para que mi madre pudiera ser atendida por el. 2 horas de manejo para que el gran médico no acudiera. Se que hay excelentes médicos en el AMCCI, pero definitivamente este sujeto minó en mi confianza y generó decepción. Por eso mi calificación. Y ojalá que adscribieran al centro de especialidades a personas profesionales que si les interese realmente la atención a quien lo necesitan.
