★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena tarde, por favor les suplico ayuda, mi sobrina se le detecto cáncer a principios de octubre, es fecha que por una u otra causa no le han podido dar sus radiaciones ni quimios, este 05 de marzo que porque no servía el aparato, aquí mismo la tuvimos que ingresar a urgencias porque se puso mal, ayer 08 de marzo apenas la dieron de alta, porque el día viernes 06 se desangro en (2) ocasiones, por favor ellas se desangra cada día mas, el ir y venir a su trabajo aparte la debilita demasiado, porque juegan así con la vida de las personas mi sobrina es una chica de 37 años madre soltera con 2 hijos, por humanidad atiéndanla, ya son 6 meses que son vitales, de que sirve que sea un hospital de renombre sí en ocasiones sus trabajadores tratan a las personas con altanería, será que el ver morir tanta gente los vuelve inhumanos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este es un hospital de primer nivel; en general, los doctores que atienden aquí son muy buenos, especialistas reconocidos en diferentes áreas.
Cuentan con equipos y tecnología de punta y los servicios, por lo general, los dan en tiempo y forma.
Tal vez sólo haría falta algo de capacitación para las asistentes médicas que atienden en los módulos de recepción pues en ocasiones no son empáticas con el paciente y/o sus familiares. Por lo demás, es de reconocerse la calidad del servicio que otorgan en este Hospital de Especialidades.
Para llegar ahí lo más fácil es el metro, en caso de no tener problemas de movilidad; línea 3 (verde) estación Centro Médico, te deja literalmente dentro del complejo del Centro Médico Nacional y sólo hay que atravesar la explanada para llegar al Hospital de Especialidades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es genial, los doctores que nos han tocado se portan de forma educada, las enfermeras tienen una sonrisa y siempre están atentas.
Nos han brindado diagnósticos que van acorde al estado de ánimo del paciente, lo cual refleja rapidez en progreso. El respeto, inteligencia y el que uno siga las instrucciones de los doctores hacen que todos los tratamientos funcionen :)
Lo único que me gustaría pedir es que cuando llueve, algunos pasillos se mantienen mojados, sería bueno que los secaran; ya que algunas personas, pacientes o doctores podrían sufrir caídas.

They have given us diagnoses that are consistent with the patient's mood, which reflects rapid progress. Respect, intelligence and that one follows the instructions of the doctors make all the treatments work :)
The only thing I would like to ask is that when it rains, some corridors are kept wet, it would be good to dry them; since some people, patients or doctors could suffer falls.

Mi gratitud y reconocimiento por el servicio del personal médico, enfermería, imagenología, hemodiálisis y administrativo.
