★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera impresión fue mala ya que concrete una cita con un especialista y me la cancelaron sin previo aviso,aunando a que no se me ofreció ninguna disculpa. Solo se limitaron a decirme que si quería reprogramar la consulta. La verdad me enoja mucho ya que vivo lejos de ese lugar y trasladarme hasta allá con mi paciente una persona mayor en silla de ruedas para nada. Es comprensible que surjan emergencias pero mínimo deberían avisar antes y no esperar a que uno llegue para decírselo teniendo los datos necesarios para cualquier imprevisto.
 The first impression was bad as I made an appointment with a specialist and they canceled it without prior notice, adding to the fact that I was not offered any apology. They only limited themselves to telling me if I wanted to reschedule the consultation. The truth makes me very angry since I live far from that place and move there with my patient, an elderly person in a wheelchair for nothing. It is understandable that emergencies arise but at least they should notify before and not wait for one to arrive to tell them, having the necessary data for any unforeseen event.
