Terrible service, I spent more than 3 weeks for them to give me an appointment with the orthopedist and they gave me pure evasions, they never bother to communicate with you. The doctor never faces you and sends girls to answer the calls who don't even know what they are telling you, you ask for the doctor and they tell you that she is not there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque atendieron rápido a mi perrita el procedimiento no se aplicó de manera correcta en un hospital diferente tuvieron que hacerle un desbride y una intervención distinta. Creo que aunque sea más barato se debería de considerar más un hospital de alta especialidad para casos más específicos. Para casos generales considero que podría estar bien.
Although they treated my dog quickly, the procedure was not applied correctly in a different hospital, they had to do a debride and a different intervention. I think that although it is cheaper, a high specialty hospital should be considered more for more specific cases. For general cases I think it could be fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención y profesionalismo por parte de los médicos que laboran en este hospital. Quedé muy satisfecha cuando llevé a mi perrito ya que resolvieron todas mis dudas y fueron muy amables. El diagnóstico fue correcto, excelentes en el seguimiento, acciones recomendadas y tratamiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha sido la veterinaria de mi perro por 7 años; altamente recomendable. En vacaciones dejamos a mi perro bajo sus cuidados y siempre lo tratan muy bien; se ve disfruta mucho estar con ellos.
La estética es igual de recomendable, don gus los trata muy bien.
