INGRESE POR BAJA SATUACION DE OXÍGENO. LAS ENFERMERAS, EL TÉCNICO RADIOLOGÓ, EL CAMILLERO, LA DRA DE URGENCIAS, EL TÉCNICO QUE HACE LAS PRUEBAS DE SARS COV 2, LA ASISTENTE MEDICA Y TRABAJADORA SOCIAL.
EN CUANTO A LA ESTANCIA RECIBÍ UNA BUENA ATENCIÓN TANTO DEL EQUIPO MÉDICO , ENFERMERAS, DIETOLOGA, LABORATORISTAS Y DEL EQUIPO DE AHL.
GRACIAS A ESTE GRAN EQUIPO DE TRABAJO POR TODAS SUS ATENCIONES Y EXCELENTE SERVICIO. ME HAN HECHO RECUPERAR LA CONFIANZA EN EL IMSS.
SINCE I ARRIVED I WAS TREATED VERY PROFESSIONALLY BY THE EMERGENCY STAFF.
ENTER FOR LOW OXYGEN SATUATION. THE NURSES, THE RADIOLOGY TECHNICIAN, THE STRETCHER, THE EMERGENCY DRIVER, THE TECHNICIAN WHO DOES THE SARS COV 2 TESTS, THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT AND SOCIAL WORKER.
REGARDING THE STAY I RECEIVED GOOD ATTENTION BOTH FROM THE MEDICAL TEAM, NURSES, DIETOLOGIST, LABORATORIES AND THE AHL TEAM.
THANKS TO THIS GREAT WORK TEAM FOR ALL THEIR ATTENTIONS AND EXCELLENT SERVICE. THEY HAVE MADE ME RECOVER MY CONFIDENCE IN THE IMSS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo, tengo VIH fui me dijeron que me tenian que medicar por que tenia alta carga viral, fui y me agendaron la cita para la consulta para 2 meses despues, mientras no puedl tomar medicamento hasta que se les pegue su gana darme consulta, sigo esperando todavia y estoy preocupado :(
Very bad, I have HIV, I was told that they had to medicate me because I had a high viral load, I went and they scheduled an appointment for the consultation for 2 months later, while I cannot take medicine until they feel like giving me a consultation, I keep waiting still and I'm worried :(

Traten de llevar agua y una bolsa para algunas cosas o medicamentos.
Ser conscientes que hay personas más enfermas con prioridades, No desesperemos.
Una chamarra para la espera.
Complete health, safety and medications.
Try to bring water and a bag for some things or medicines.
Be aware that there are sicker people with priorities. Let's not despair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vez cruzando la puerta como paciente COVID, tus familiares no saben cómo te están tratando, lamentablemente no pudieron hacer nada por mi familiar. Ojalá que siempre los médicos den su mejor esfuerzo.
Once you walk through the door as a COVID patient, your family members don't know how they are treating you, unfortunately they couldn't do anything for my family member. I hope that doctors always give their best effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agradezco al dr Bernardo Perez y a todo su equipo la atención, igualmente a las enfermeras que fueron amables y atentas al tratamiento, muy especial agradecimiento a las 2 nutriologas que me consintieron con mis peticiones :) en las comidas ... pero la verdad no quisiera estar de nuevo en un hospital !!
I thank Dr. Bernardo Perez and all his team for their attention, as well as the nurses who were kind and attentive to the treatment, very special thanks to the 2 nutritionists who pampered me with my requests :) at meals... but the truth is that I didn't want to be back in a hospital!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este hospital tenían a un familiar mío donde llo atendieron muy bien solo necesitaban tres donadores de sangre porque le iban a practicar crujía en el cerebro y era urgente gracias a las atenciones que tuvieron y a la intervención oportuna todo salió muy bien y los estudios de sangre que nos hisieron dieron positivo para poder ser donador
In this hospital they had a family member of mine where they treated very well, they only needed three blood donors because they were going to practice crunches on the brain and it was urgent thanks to the care they had and the timely intervention, everything went very well and the blood studies they made us positive they could be a donor
