★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala mi experiencia con ellos, lleve mi equipo en diciembre, se tardaron mes y medio y no funciona, me cobraron 600 pesos y me lo entrego después de haber ido mas de 5 veces al local y llamado mas de 15, siempre me tenia una excusa, que tenia que esperar por la pieza, luego que debía revisar la batería, luego que no tenia computadora para hacer la revision final, me lo entrego para que yo le cargara el software en casa, porque no tenia computadora para hacerlo, por lo cual le dije que se quedara una semana mas con el equipo, y sin embargo no hizo nada. En resumidas cuentas, puras excusas, te cobra y no repara nada.
My experience with them was very bad, I took my equipment in December, it took a month and a half and it doesn't work, they charged me 600 pesos and they gave it to me after having gone more than 5 times to the store and called more than 15, I always had one excuse, that he had to wait for the part, then that he had to check the battery, then that he did not have a computer to do the final revision, he gave it to me so that I could load the software at home, because I did not have a computer to do it, so which I told him to stay one more week with the team, and yet he did nothing. In short, pure excuses, it charges you and does not repair anything.
