Al reclamar me pusieron otra pantalla que se veía azul y trataron de convencerme que era por la mica de cristal, que eran los colores normales. Al comparar con otros iphones y alegarles que no eran colores originales, logre que me cambiaran la pantalla por otra que se veía mejor pero me dijeron que era la ultima vez porque eso ya era culpa de mi teléfono ... con mi última pantalla estuve bien un par de días pero con el tiempo la parte superior de la pantalla se veía como una linea.
Al final no quisierln responder y tuve que ir con otro proveedor que a la primera lo hizo bien.
We regret. First they put me a screen that was not working well (sensitivity problems).
When I complained, they put another screen that looked blue and they tried to convince me that it was because of the glass mica, which were the normal colors. When comparing with other iPhones and alleging that they were not original colors, I managed to change the screen for another that looked better but they told me it was the last time because that was the fault of my phone ... with my last screen I was fine a couple of days but over time the top of the screen looked like a line.
In the end they did not want to answer and I had to go to another provider who did it right the first time.
