★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace 6 años fuí a reparar una muñeca Barbie y quedó bien.
Ahora le volví a llamar para que reparará otra muñeca del mismo estilo pero; me dio la sorpresa de que Ya no arreglan Barbies, sólo muñecas grandes, sin mencionar el modo que se carga el Señor, muy a la defensiva.
6 years ago I went to repair a Barbie doll and it turned out fine.
Now I called him back to repair another doll of the same style but; I was surprised that they no longer fix Barbies, only large dolls, not to mention the way the Lord is charged, very defensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es el trabajo que esperaba por el precio pagado. El Señor Rivera no fue muy atento al hacerle las observaciones del color y los zapatos. Finalmente lo arreglaré en casa pero pagué caro por un trabajo incompleto.
It is not the job I was expecting for the price paid. Mr. Rivera was not very attentive in making the observations of the color and the shoes. I will finally fix it at home but paid dearly for incomplete work.

At the legendary Doll Hospital, they repaired my mother's doll, who was over 70 years old, and left her beautiful. Today we carry a 65-year-old doll from my mother's mother and we are sure they will do an excellent job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A la señora que le ayuda a mi mamá con la limpieza se le cayó mi muñeca. Es una muñeca japonesa muy vieja que me regalo mi abuela. La muñeca tiene más de 60 años y la considerábamos una reliquia familiar. La muñeca tiene la cabeza y las extremidades hechas de corcho, el tronco de su cuerpo es como de peluche. Todo lo de corcho se rompió y quedó destrozado. La llevamos al hospital de muñecas Rivera y nos comentaron que iban a tener que volver a hacer la muñeca. Pagamos 1900 pesos y valió cada centavo. La muñeca quedó como nueva. No podría estar más contenta. Tardaron en entregarla como 2 meses, pero honestamente no teníamos prisa y el resultado final fue maravilloso. Estoy sumamente agradecida!! Muchas gracias por su excelente y fino trabajo! Los recomiendo al 100%
The lady who helps with cleaning my mom dropped my wrist. It is a very old Japanese doll gift from my grandmother. The doll has more than 60 years and we considered a family heirloom. Doll head and limbs made of cork, the trunk of your body is like bear. All from cork broke and was destroyed. Rivera took her to the doll hospital and they said they were going to have to redo the wrist. We paid 1900 pesos and worth every penny. The doll was new. I could not be happier. It took about 2 months to deliver, but honestly we were not rushed and the end result was wonderful. I am extremely grateful !! Thank you very much for your excellent and fine work! I recommend them to 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos días fui a preguntar si podían reparar un muñeco de peluche que tiene unas ligeras marcas de mordidas, lo llevaba para que el señor lo revisara y ni siquiera me volteo a ver. Es un hombre muy grosero y déspota, mejor que se dedique a otra cosa si no le gusta tratar con la gente.
A few days ago I went to ask if they could repair a stuffed animal that has some slight bite marks, I took it to have the man check it and I didn't even turn around to see. He is a very rude and despotic man, he better dedicate himself to something else if he does not like dealing with people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperaba un trabajo más profesional por el precio que me dieron. Esperaba una restauración de antigüedad y no una lavada que se le haría a un juguete común. A mí muñeca le cambiaron el cabello pero también el tono, la gabardina se despintó y así me la entregaron. Sin un intento por igualar el color, que no es algo tan complicado. Ya lo estamos igualando en casa
A mi amiga le dejaron las botitas rotas cuando preguntó por ellas y le quitaron las nuevas en lugar de entregarla nueva y devolver las botitas originales si no las iban a reparar.
I was expecting a more professional job for the price they gave me. I was expecting an antique restoration and not a wash that would be done to a common toy. They changed my doll's hair but also the tone, the raincoat was shed and that's how they gave it to me. Without an attempt to match the color, that is not something that complicated. We are already matching it at home
They left my friend's boots broken when she asked for them and they took the new ones instead of giving it new and returning the original boots if they were not going to repair them.
