★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre está muy concurrido, dependiendo el triage de urgencias tiene un promedio de 200 códigos azules, 100 verdes, 100 amarillos. El tiempo de espera para verde y azul es de aprox 3 a 4 hrs, no respetan el horario de las citas previamente asignadas.

Llevamos a mi abuelo de 76 años que sufrió un traumatismo craneal, él iba aturdido, mareado y vomitando y tardaron demasiado en atenderlo, cuando lo atendieron le pidieron ir con el radiólogo a realizarle una tomografía..... El radiólogo no estaba en su área, se le preguntó a las enfermeras de turno por él, a los médicos y demás y ninguno sabía....... Sin mencionar que cuando salimos nos reclamaron por una supuesta silla de ruedas que nosotros habíamos pedido (cosa que no fué así) y ya no querían devolverme la identificación que al ingresar me pidieron (y ni me explicaron para qué era)..... Llegamos desde las 18:00 pm y apenas salimos a la 1:30 am..... Enserio que su servicio deja mucho que desear

We arrived at 6:00 p.m. and barely left at 1:00 p.m. 30 am..... Seriously, your service leaves a lot to be desired

Acudí hace tiempo por una diverticulitis y solo estabilizaron a mi paciente no me pudieron decir que ese tipo de enfermedades no las trataban, tuve que ir a un particular a qué la operarán de emergencia. Poco criterio de algunos médicos. Tiempo después llegada está fecha me trataron de un esguince y la verdad es que la experiencia fue distinta y efectiva. Durante la pandemia las veces que acudí fueron responsables y cuidadosos, aún con mucha gente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gusta hablar mal pero realmente es el peor hospital donde he estado. El personal es grosero y déspota, ni siquiera puedes pedir indicaciones porque te hacen caras, lo cual se me hace muy mala onda porque no estas ahí por gusto y tampoco es como que conozcas el lugar o la forma de actuar. Además las instalaciones siempre están sucias, sin papel de baño y los baños casi se caen de las puertas. Supongo que no les dan el presupuesto deseado.
Una que otra enfermera son buenas personas y realizan su trabajo con profesionalismo.
I don't like to talk bad but it really is the worst hospital I've ever been to. The staff is rude and despotic, you can't even ask for directions because they make faces at you, which makes me feel very bad because you're not there for pleasure and it's not like you know the place or how to act. In addition, the facilities are always dirty, without toilet paper and the bathrooms almost fall out of the doors. I guess they don't give them the desired budget.
Some nurses are good people and carry out their work with professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal administrativo y de enfermería es pésimo, carecen de empatía y de trato humano hacia los pacientes y familiares que esperamos noticias o indicaciones.
¡PÉSIMO!
Tardan más de una semana en darle fecha de operación a una persona de la tercera edad con fractura que cadera, y en la espera, las enfermeras que deberían hacer su trabajo al cuidar o apoyar al enfermo, hacen todo lo contrario; siempre con mala actitud y CERO disposición.
The administrative and nursing staff is terrible, they lack empathy and humane treatment towards patients and relatives who await news or indications.
APPALLING!
It takes more than a week to give an operation date to an elderly person with a hip fracture, and while waiting, the nurses who should do their job caring for or supporting the patient, do the opposite; always with a bad attitude and ZERO disposition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron con mucha rapidez. Me aplicaron medicamento para el fuerte dolor que me ayudó mucho y todo en general es muy rápido. Lo único malo es que muchos llegamos con dolor y queremos reposar por unos minutos entre consulta y área de rayos x y hay pocos asientos. Los baños son muy limpios. Otra cosa mala es las personas que atienden en ventanillas, muy mal encaradas. Pero en general la clínica es buena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima organización para que quieren a tanto empleado que solo está de parapeto viendo, resulta que para que te puedan atender te pasan con un solo doctor para dictaminar el color de tu atención para ver qué prioritario y de esa fila inmensa todavía te tienes que esperar a que te asignen el color y ahora sí te atiendan. No nos hacen el favor es su trabajo se les paga de nuestros impuestos y todavía con fracturas nos tienen formados.
Terrible organization why they want so many employees who are only on the parapet watching, it turns out that in order for them to attend to you, they pass you to a single doctor to determine the color of your attention to see what priority and from that immense line you still have to wait for that they assign you the color and now they attend to you. They don't do us a favor, it's their job they get paid from our taxes and still with fractures they have us trained.
