I took to repair a Redmi Note 7 that did not turn on or charge, the phone was practically useless (it did nothing, nor vibrate). They charged me $ 350 for the diagnosis and they told me the total cost of the repair would be $ 1,900 pesos because the Pmic card had to be changed. I did not want to accept the repair because it seemed expensive to me. I told the boy to close the phone and then stop by him. The next day they called me to tell me that the technician had repaired the phone (without my authorization) and that they would only charge me $ 1,200 pesos. That made me hesitate immediately and I became suspicious (because I had already made the decision not to repair it) and I decided to just pick up the phone. By not accepting the repair, the manager told me that they then had to correct the repair to "give it to me as I had left it." When checking the phone after delivery I noticed that it vibrated when I pressed the power button and when I connected it to the light it got horrible heat (which did not happen at first). I took it to another place where they opened the phone in front of me and they told me that the problem was not due to the Pmic to begin with and that my phone was missing parts (specifically 2 ports and an antenna). They did the repair and put in the missing parts and charged me only $ 400. After the repair (which was also done in front of me) I realized that the flash light had also been changed, since now when turning on the flash the light looks blue. I had already read negative comments about parts being removed from your phone or wrongly delivered but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Now I understand that the comments are very true. DO NOT take your equipment to be repaired with them, they are abusers, careros and also thieves of parts.
