★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! El diagnóstico de los doctores es tan simple y sin fundamento, de dos minutos para que no te resuelvan nada, te manda una pomada que no sirve para ni mad.res.
Claramente tiene una infección por hongos o algo así en la mano y el doctor te dice: ay así es su mano oscurita. La que atiende las citas tiene un genio para responder la sonza parece que me está haciendo un favor.
Los policías se creen los dueños de la clínica, les das un tolete y se creen importantes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de 236 intentos de que me contestaran el teléfono me agendaron cita 45 días después a las 8:30 am . Llegué 15 minutos antes y me dijeron que TENIA QUE ESTAR 1 HORA ANTES DE LA CITA, LE VOLVI A DECIR AL POLICÍA QUE MI CITA ERA A LAS 8:30 AM.Y ME VOLVIÓ A DECIR QUE UNA HORA ANTES DE LA CITA DEBIA ESTAR PRESENTE. ¿NO ES UNA ESTUPIDEZ ESO, PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN ? EN FIN NO PASE.
CHEQUE EN LA PAGINA Y NUNCA MENCIONAN ESTO ASI QUE TOMEN

 After 236 attempts to answer the phone, they scheduled an appointment for me 45 days later at 8:30 am. I arrived 15 minutes before and they told me that I HAD TO BE 1 HOUR BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT, I TOLD THE POLICEMAN AGAIN THAT MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 8:30 AM. AND HE TOLD ME AGAIN THAT ONE HOUR BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT I HAD TO BE PRESENT . ISN'T THAT STUPID, AWFUL ATTENTION? FINALLY DO NOT PASS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó el trato que me dieron , seamos realistas que por lo que se paga por la consulta uno esperaa un trato diferente . La verdad m sorprendió!!!
Las doctoras muy muy rápidas, te explican todo tu cuidado y claro te recetan cosas caras pero que sirven , yo iba con un cuadro severo de acne a causa del implante .
Todo lo que me recetaron desde el día 1 funcionó a la brevedad en mi 3ra consulta m dieron de alta , ahora soy feliz SIN un granito claro siguiendo el cuidado
que me pidieron tener y la constancia en el uso de los productos.
I liked the treatment they gave me, let's be realistic that for what is paid for the consultation one expects a different treatment. The truth surprised me!
The doctors are very, very fast, they explain all your care and of course they prescribe expensive things but they work, I went with severe acne due to the implant.
Everything that was prescribed to me from day 1 worked promptly on my 3rd consultation they discharged me, now I am happy WITHOUT a clear pimple following the care
that I was asked to have and the constancy in the use of the products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace tiempo saque una cita para mi hija, no la pude llevar por causa de la pandemia. Acudí al centro para sacar otra y me dijeron que hablara directo a la linea, como no acudi a la 1a cita no hay historial de mi hija. Despues de una semana de intentos porfin contestan y resulta que la señorita Romina Díaz dice que vuelva a hablar en una semana como si te contestaran tan fácil. Que como yo no le dije que antes había hablado pues mi hija aparece en el sistema y no me puede dar la cita y tiene que cancelar primero el registro anterior. Mi molestia es, si en la clinica me dijeron que no habia nada porq ella dice que si y que no me la puede dar hasta en una semana más. Por eso deberian de informarnos bien porq son errores que afectan en una consulta necesaria. Y esperar una semana o mas en lo que vuelven a contestar puede afectar mas el problema que se este presentando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice alrededor de 80 llamadas a lo largo de dos días para que me contestaran. Pero el proceso de solicitud de cita fué muy rápido y agradable. Se necesita CURP, código postal, domicilio, teléfono. La cita me la dieron para 21 días después de la solicitud. Posteriormente comentaré sobre la atención médica. Inténtelo mucho y lo lograrán, así me dijeron y ahora tengo cita.

El problema es que tardan mucho en darte una cita, tienes que ser muy perseverante con las llamadas ya qué no contestan a la primera.
Un dato es que si vas por algún problema de acné puedes comprar afuera del hospital, hay muchas farmacia donde puedes comprar la solución qué recetan generalmente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de que tardaron semanas y semanas en contestar el telefono para hacer mi cita de primera vez, puedo decir que es un buen servicio el que ofrecen. Ojala y todas las areas sean igual de buenas. Como comentario a todos aquellos que estan tratando de que les contesten para hacer su primera cita, solo les puedo decir que se tienen que armar de mucha paciencia y que a base de ser constantes les van a contestar algun dia de estos.
Although they took weeks and weeks to answer the phone to make my first time appointment, I can say that it is a good service that they offer. Hopefully all areas are just as good. As a comment to all those who are trying to get an answer to make their first date, I can only tell you that you have to arm yourself with a lot of patience and that based on being constant they will answer you one of these days.
