★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención y el servicio es correcto. Los precios son modicos y cuentan con casi todas las especialidades. El servicio de los Médico y Enfermeras es muy bueno. En recepción tienen que mejorar. En algunas partes falta mantenimiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado, no vayan a éste"hospital", no son profesionales. Mi cuñada entró por covid. El urgenciologo nos trató muy mal, al igual que las señoras de recepción, tanto las jóvenes como una que se llama Edwina. También los enfermeros tratan mal a los pacientes. Pero lo peor fue que, un doctor gordo, le calibró mal el oxígeno a mi cuñada, y eso le rompió los vasos sanguíneos de la nariz y los ojos, y parte de esa sangre, se le fue a las vías respiratorias.
Y por lo que veo, éste "hospital" tiene una gran cantidad de 5 estrellas, por lo que les deseo suerte si van.
Be careful, do not go to this "hospital", they are not professionals. My sister-in-law entered due to covid. The ER treated us very badly, as did the reception ladies, both the young ones and one named Edwina. Nurses also treat patients poorly. But the worst thing was that a fat doctor miscalibrated my sister-in-law's oxygen, and that broke the blood vessels in her nose and eyes, and part of that blood went into her respiratory tract.
And from what I see, this "hospital" has a lot of 5 stars, so I wish them luck if they go.

Primero llegue para solicitar una consulta por fuerte irritación en la garganta, entonces me dijo la recepcionista que por ser consulta de vías respiratorias era mayor el costo, y porque? Me contesta que por protocolo tiene que usar equipo de seguridad. Entonces mi pregunta es si voy por dolor de un dedo no hay protocolo aún cuando es época de pandemia? Como sabe que no tengo COVID para no usar su equipo aunque solo sea dolor de dedo? Además me dijo tienen que esperar al menos una hora porque van. Sanitizar el área ?!! Bueno al irnos a sentar a las sillas de recepción nos dice ah pero tienen que esperar en la calle. Aquí no. Mejor me fui al issste a esperar sentado en la sombra mi hora y media y no pagué los 800 de un pésimo servicio

Well, when we go to sit in the reception chairs, he tells us oh, but they have to wait in the street. Not here. I better go to the issste to wait sitting in the shade for my hour and a half and I did not pay the 800 for a lousy service

En recepción me dijeron que era un problema respiratorio y nos pasaron con el médico general solo para decirnos que el no atiende problemas respiratorios y por pesarla y tomarle la temperatura cobraron $800. Eso lo podría haber echo un médico de farmacias similares por $30

I had doubts, but after giving birth in this hospital I can say that the care was very good, the patients very attentive and the facilities very good too, not to mention that for the price it is totally worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de imagenologia. Fui a, realizarle una TAC a mi mamá y le dijeron que no daban interpretación y no le recibieron el correo electrónico. Mande un watts app, me pidieron una disculpa y me dijeron que en 24 hrs enviarían la interpretación. Pasaron 3 días y nunca la recibí. Mi mamá tuvo que ir personalmente a recogerla. Sí fué el hospital más barato para el estudio pero pésimo servicio.
Terrible service from imaging. I went to perform a CAT scan on my mother and they told her that they did not provide interpretation and they did not receive the email. I sent a watts app, they asked me for an apology and told me that in 24 hours they would send the interpretation. 3 days passed and I never received it. My mom had to personally pick her up. Yes, it was the cheapest hospital for the study but terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is the worst hospital I have ever been, last friday we went to take my sister to urgencias and the doctor wanted to do a surgery to her without even give a proper diagnostic, the cost is also excesive and no quality in the service, the recepcionist, the nurses, everything is the worst attention we have ever had, they showed too much interest only in our money hence they saw my sister recently had a surgery at star medica hospital. I dont recommend this place and also the doctor of urgencias is a super gross, unpolite and unetical "doctor". We took my sister out of that horrible place and now she is having a proper threatment without any surgery required. Worst Place ever! 0 stars!!
