Ok so I'm rating the hospitals services as 3 stars only because of Hugo who works at the front desk. He is absolutely amazing in terms of customer service and flexibility. A few ladies who worked there would hang up on me or leave the phone off the hook because I would ask a few extra questions. They were unnecessarily rude especially considering it is a private hospital. But Hugo went out of his way to be helpful. If I could rate his service only he would definitely get 5 stars. Ok, califico los servicios del hospital con 3 estrellas solo por Hugo, que trabaja en la recepción. Es absolutamente asombroso en términos de flexibilidad y servicio al cliente. Algunas mujeres que trabajaban allí me colgaban o dejaban el teléfono descolgado porque yo hacía algunas preguntas adicionales. Fueron innecesariamente groseros, especialmente considerando que es un hospital privado. Pero Hugo hizo todo lo posible por ayudar. Si pudiera calificar su servicio (de Hugo), definitivamente obtendría 5 estrellas.

Pesimo servicio, primero no contestaron por teléfono, tuve que ir a agendar mi cita personalmente para el jueves y cuando llego el dia de la cita me comentan que lo movieron para el sabado sin siquiera avisarme. Ahora entiendo por que tan malas opiniones tiene este hospital.

Out for your money.

I stayed there for two weeks with a severe case of cellulitis. I had great care. The doctors were personable and explained my condition to me. They made a very rough period in my life bearable.

I had an emergency op on my badly broken ankle. I stayed for three nights and was well cared for the whole time. Everyone was great and kind to me from the surgeon who fixed my ankle to the lady who cleaned the floors. The nurses and the lady who brought my food were cheerful and brought me big smiles every day. I think I was better taken care of than I would have been at home in Canada.

I'll rate it with a 2 just because the good service of doctor Martínez Salgado and the nurse's assistant. For a private hospital quality and services are quite poor, there were no enough chairs to sit, I asked the receptionist if they had more and she plainly answered with a "no". No AC in reception just a floor fan. No good manners from the invoicing department, they made a mistake in the invoice and I called them today, they were very nonchalant and impolite. Also the couple of times I called to get an appointment they were even bit aggressive with the timing, they sound like they are in a rush to cut you out and you can perceive a tremendous lack of empathy. I definitely don't recommend this hospital, if you want something better try to go to Colima, it's a pity because gastro Martínez Salgado is a very good doctor but the poor facilities and the bad attitude from its personnel makes this a very bad choice.
