★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo cuidado con el pediatra, no esta actualizado con lactancia materna me la suspendio porque segun tenia intolerancia a la lactosa lleve a mi bebé a otro pediatra y no era nada de eso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio todo bien te reciben y te dan prioridad si es una urgencia, te dan la atención y hacen estudios según el padecimiento que lleves para determinar si es un tema de prioridad. Yo lleve a mi hijo y resultó en apendicitis, tuvieron que hacer cirujia de urgencia para retirar apéndice infectada porque estaba ya muy inflamada y corría el riesgo de reventar.
El servicio es aceptable, la limpieza, que te den permiso de quedarte y libre acceso de máximo dos personas y que puedas hasta bañarte ahí mismo y estar al pendiente de tu paciente.
Todo estuvo muy bien con la atención de la Doctora cirujano Caballero, salió todo bien y su recuperación fue normal en el tiempo que siempre se estima para este tipo de operaciones.
Ya después de que se retiraron los puntos se infectó por dentro pero al parecer también es bastante común según comentan varios doctores en el medio.
Asistimos un día viernes y tuvieron que abrir nuevamente la herida para realizar limpieza profunda, la doctora Caballero muy formalmente quedó de vernos al siguiente día pero que ella confirmaba el horario para la cita. El problema es que después de 3 días y ya lunes no se comunico con nosotros para dar seguimiento a nuestro caso.
Deberían ser más formales y profesionales con este tipo de cosas porque los costos por paquetes que nos ofrecen no son como que muy baratos y se entiende pues es una clínica particular. Lo que no me agrada es que no hay formalidad, cuando si lo ven desde el punto de vista de un negocio estarían ganado con el seguimiento a pacientes.

After the stitches were removed, it became infected inside, but apparently it is also quite common, according to several doctors in the media.
We attended on a Friday and they had to reopen the wound to perform deep cleaning, Dr. Caballero very formally agreed to see us the next day but she confirmed the time for the appointment. The problem is that after 3 days and already on Monday, he has not contacted us to follow up on our case.
They should be more formal and professional with this type of thing because the costs for packages that they offer us are not very cheap and it is understood that it is a private clinic. What I don't like is that there is no formality, when if they see it from the point of view of a business they would be better off following up on patients.
