★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué a cita programada con el dr. Carlos Toledo Caballero y me indican que el señor programó también una cirugía y que tenía que esperar por lo menos 2 horas.
Pésimo profesional.
I arrived for a scheduled appointment with Dr. Carlos Toledo Caballero and they tell me that the man also scheduled a surgery and that I had to wait at least 2 hours.
Lousy professional.

El personal de enfermería me trató muy bien, siempre amables y al pendiente de lo que necesitara.
Pero el personal médico y admvo son muy ambiguos, nunca te dicen realmente ni los costos ni los tiempos reales. Se molestan si les pides explicaciones de tus dudas y solo dan largas.
Los costos son muy altos para la calidad que ofrecen.
También por cualquier tema buscan alargar tu estancia y que estés más noches ahí sin darte detalles concretos.
Puntualmente el ortopedista Moisés Moreno bastante impuntual, no te da detalles de tus diagnósticos y le urgía que firmara para que me operaran ese mismo día, cero tacto con el paciente y se nota que solo le importaba su comisión, si le preguntabas tus dudas se molestaba y te contestaba de mala manera. Al final me fui a otro hospital porque no me sentí tranquilo con su atención.

Terrible service. It is noted that your comments with 5 stars are false.
The nursing staff treated me very well, always friendly and attentive to what I needed.
But the medical and admvo staff are very ambiguous, they never really tell you the actual costs or times. They get annoyed if you ask them for explanations of your doubts and they just drag on.
The costs are very high for the quality they offer.
Also for any subject they seek to extend your stay and that you spend more nights there without giving you specific details.
Punctually, the orthopedist Moisés Moreno was quite unpunctual, he did not give you details of your diagnoses and urged him to sign for surgery that same day, zero touch with the patient and it shows that he only cared about his commission, if you asked him your doubts he would get annoyed and I answered you in a bad way. In the end I went to another hospital because I did not feel comfortable with his care.
I do not recommend it
