Les falta capacitar un servicio donde estas pagando para que te atiendan bien.
Te atienden como si estuvieras en el IMSS.
En cirugía no lo recomiendo, porque no tienen banco de sangre.

They treat you as if you were in the IMSS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Administrativamente pésimo servicio, entre por gastos médicos y al día siguiente me dijeron que mi seguro no tenía convenio con ellos, para facturar una odisea 4 días para que me dieran la factura y tuve que ir por ella nunca mandaron por correo ni el XML el médico general nunca me envió factura solo el traumatólogo por que era externo, de enfermeras bien de cuartos nada bien
Administratively terrible service, I entered for medical expenses and the next day they told me that my insurance did not have an agreement with them, to bill an odyssey for 4 days so that they would give me the bill and I had to go for it, they never sent the doctor by mail or the XML General never sent me an invoice, only the traumatologist because he was external, from nurses well from rooms not at all well
