A very good service !! Congratulations on the great job nurses do. The only observation and constructive criticism that I would give is for the administrative area, I have sometimes been very slow in the procedures and being a hospital they take care of greater knowledge and agility. ;-)

The group of nurses on duty at the emergency room on Friday, March 4, 2022 is the most arrogant, classist and lying staff they have in the institution. Apart from the cashier also with a very bad treatment. They don't want to serve you if they "think" you're not going to pay them. I am a doctor and my family member went to the emergency room, therefore I was with my family member at all times, they were reluctant to my presence except for the doctor on duty who had an excellent treatment and handling. But nursing insisted on taking me out of the emergency room for asking about the management and medications that were being applied to my family member. In addition, when a family member passed by to quickly deliver documents, the nurse requested that he be removed abruptly by the security guard, alleging that: "he has been asked 3 times to leave the area and he did not pay attention" to what had never been indicated that to my relative and instead asked permission to enter quickly. So apart from being arrogant, they are liars. One should not endure mistreatment and less in a hospital where YOU ARE PAYING for care. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL. He invited the hospital administration to put a stop to these misleading and arrogant treatments that they instill in their employees. WHY ARE YOU NOT DOING A FAVOR?
