★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio de Vanessa de Imagenologia, quedaron de enviar el resultado por correo y debido a que no los enviaron me comuniqué y dijeron ah es que tiene que venir por ellos y nunca me avisaron al mencionar esto me colgaron y llame repetidas veces y me hicieron lo mismo!!!
 Terrible Vanessa's service from Imaging, they agreed to send the results by mail and because they did not send them, I contacted them and they said oh, it has to come for them and they never notified me when I mentioned this, they hung up on me and I called repeatedly and they made me the same!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No importa que te estés muriendo afuera, si no tienes dinero para pagar no te atienden. Ni aunque tengas seguro. A ellos primero les importa el dinero y después la salud. Y tanto protocoló que ponen para atenderte. No bueno.
It doesn't matter if you're dying outside, if you don't have money to pay they don't attend to you. Even if you have insurance. They care about money first and then health. And so much protocol that they put to serve you. No good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente Servicio, todo el personal super amable, arreglaron todo lo referente al seguro. Me hicieron cargos extra solo por un termómetro que pude llevarme. Lo recomiendo.
Excellent service, all super friendly staff, they arranged everything related to insurance. They charged me extra just for a thermometer that I was able to take with me. I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No te pasan directo a lo que necesitas y solamente quieren cobrarte por no hacerte nada, fui a una consulta que duró menos de cinco minutos para que me dijeran "ve a un especialista" no supo decirme que tenía o que podría ser, además de hacerme esperar mucho tiempo para solo entrar a consulta de menos de cinco minutos y me digan eso. Me cobraron consulta normal y al decirles me comentaron "podríamos darle medicamento" el cual les pregunté si me ayudaría a quitarme lo que tenía y la respuesta fue "no". La verdad muy mal servicio, no lo recomendaría por nada el hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experiencia en urgencias. La consulta está en $580 pero cuando te atienden te quieren cargar estudios y tratamientos innecesarios ( y en ningún momento te dicen el costo). Fui por una infección en el estómago y ya me querían internar y hacer estudios para ver si tenía quistes. Los doctores son déspotas y groseros. Como no autoricé los tratamientos hicieron comentarios burlones. Jamás regreso ni recomiendo que vayan.
Terrible ER experience. The consultation is at $580 but when they attend you they want to charge you with unnecessary studies and treatments (and at no time do they tell you the cost). I went for a stomach infection and they wanted to hospitalize me and do tests to see if I had cysts. Doctors are rude and rude. As I did not authorize the treatments they made mocking comments. I will never return nor recommend that you go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo urgencia no te atienden de inmediato , ayer lleve a mi hija le cayó vinagre en el ojo y el encargado de urgencias me dijo tiene que hacer fila hay otras personas más , obviamente ya se le había lavado el ojo . Pero no nos quisieron pasar nos dijeron que vayamos a la torre 1 para ver qué oculista podía atender . Obvio nadie puede ya eran las ocho de la noche ningún doctor podia hasta que me comunico con el doctor Cerecero que fue quien la vio . A lo que voy que no ví ética de parte del área de urgencia para con un paciente que se le daño el ojo . ?
