★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalmente es más fácil dejar un comentario negativo que positivo, pero este lugar lo amerita. Me atendieron muy bien. Es entendible que por temas de pandemia puedan perder un poco la noción, pero es algo que actualmente nos pasa a todos. Me hicieron súper descuentos y quedé muy satisfecha con la reparación de mi cámara. Recomiendo a todos los aficionados o profesionales de la fotografía.
 It's usually easier to leave a negative than a positive review, but this place is worth it. They took good care of me. It is understandable that due to pandemic issues they may lose track of a bit, but it is something that currently happens to all of us. They gave me super discounts and I was very satisfied with the repair of my camera. I recommend to all amateurs or professionals of photography.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy malo, les tomaron un mes reparar una lente y al final no funcionaba la lente y aparte funcionaba peor que antes, y tuvimos que batallar muchísimo para que nos reembolsan el costo de la reparación,.
The service is very bad, it took them a month to repair a lens and in the end the lens did not work and also worked worse than before, and we had to fight a lot to get reimbursed for the cost of the repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala comunicación por parte del personal que ahí labora además de que no respetan el precio acordado en un principio. Me la quisieron aplicar en el diagnóstico y, posteriormente, en la reparación de un objetivo canon que les llevé. Primero me dijeron un costo y luego, al recoger resulta que era otro. Obviamente yo pedí respetarán lo estipulado. Además, me vendieron un objetivo que según era nuevo, pero no lo es pues presenta algunos detalles que lo delatan. Funciona bien, no lo niego, pero nuevo no era. En conclusión: Para ser sinceros no volvería a comprar con ellos ni llevaría de nuevo algo a reparar. Yo ya había leído los comentarios negativos que hay aquí y dudaba en ir pero confié y la verdad es que no quedé muy satisfecho de su servicio.
Poor communication by the staff who work there in addition to not respecting the price agreed at the beginning. They wanted to apply it to me in the diagnosis and, later, in the repair of a canon lens that I brought them. First they told me a cost and then, when I collected it, it turned out that it was another. Obviously I asked that they respect the stipulations. In addition, they sold me a lens that according to it was new, but it is not because it presents some details that give it away. It works fine, I do not deny it, but it was not new. In conclusion: To be honest I would not buy from them again or take something to repair again. I had already read the negative comments here and was hesitant to go but I trusted and the truth is that I was not very satisfied with their service.

No se los recomiendo. No se dejen engañar.
Terrible service. They kept my camera for more than a year and the technician who now checks it says that in that place they changed good parts for broken ones.
I don't recommend them. Do not be fooled.
