TERRIBLE SERVICE. I went to the emergency room because my index finger was crushed, as a consequence I was left without a nail and without part of the tip of the finger, the doctor on duty was more scared than me and did not even know what to do. It took her about 20 minutes to attend to me because she was waiting for gloves to be brought to her, so that in the end she waited for another doctor to vacate and treat me, since I repeat, she had no idea how to proceed. Since the other doctor (the most salvageable) was treating me, they called her to do tests for COVID-19 and it should be mentioned that she was NOT wearing a mask and did not use a special suit, after that I returned to the room where they were treating me and others entered two people with whom he began to talk without respecting a healthy distance or the fact that they were attending to me there. They charged $ 600 for the "consultation" and apart from $ 300 for the material used and I really do not know what they call consultation, if they did not even take the pressure, they only gave me anesthesia, they cleaned the wound and they put a gauze on me, just for that I paid $ 900 with the risk of contagion since they did not have the proper safety and hygiene measures and they mixed patients who were going to be tested for COVID-19 with the others.

In several beautiful occupations arrived in the night of urgency and we have always had a good treatment and good response. Thanks.

I have always received very good medical attention from everyone: nurses, nutritionist, gynecologist and general practitioner, especially from Dr. Alberto Landetta. A couple of years ago I had an appendix operation and everything was excellent.

Unfortunately they have a receptionist and apparently she is the one who answers the phone calls, which is extremely rude. It seems that what he does not want is for patients to arrive at the hospital. Very bad attitude. I preferred to leave and move to another hospital to receive a consultation.

The Doctors are good, but in fact the attention at the reception and in the paperwork is terrible, they gave me a death certificate with many errors and the lady at the reception first very badly faced when they saw that the errors were theirs and many have already changed it , and billing is terrible, they bill you wrong and when they want.
