PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Fui a urgencias ya que sufrí aplastamiento del dedo indice, como consecuencia me quede sin uña y sin parte de la punta del dedo, la doctora en turno estaba más asustada que yo y no sabía ni qué hacer. Tardó como 20 minutos en atenderme porque estaba esperando a que le llevaran guantes, para que al final esperara a que otro doctor se desocupara y me atendiera, ya que repito, ella no tenía idea de como proceder. Ya que me estaba atendiendo el otro doctor (el más rescatable) la llamaron para hacer pruebas de COVID-19 y cabe mencionar que NO estaba usando careta y tampoco usó un traje especial, después de eso regreso al cuarto donde me estaban atendiendo y entraron otras dos personas con las cuales se puso a platicar sin respetar sana distancia ni el que me estuvieran atendiendo ahí. Cobraron $600 por la "consulta" y aparte $300 por el material utilizado y realmente no sé a qué le llamen consulta, si ni siquiera la presión me tomaron, solo me pusieron anestesia, me limpiaron la herida y me pusieron una gasa, solo por eso pagué $900 con el riesgo de contagio ya que no tenían las debidas medidas de seguridad e higiene y mezclaban pacientes que iban a realizarse pruebas de COVID-19 con los demás.

They charged $ 600 for the "consultation" and apart from $ 300 for the material used and I really do not know what they call consultation, if they did not even take the pressure, they only gave me anesthesia, they cleaned the wound and they put a gauze on me, just for that I paid $ 900 with the risk of contagion since they did not have the proper safety and hygiene measures and they mixed patients who were going to be tested for COVID-19 with the others.

Siempre he recibido atención médica muy buena por parte de todos: enfermeras, nutriólogo, ginecólogo y medico general en especial del Dr. Alberto Landetta. Hace un par de años me realizaron una operación de apéndice y todo estuvo excelente.

Desgraciadamente cuentan con una recepcionista y al parecer es quien atiende las llamadas telefónicas, que es de lo más grosera. Pareciera que lo que no quiere es que lleguen pacientes al hospital. Muy mala actitud. Preferí salir y trasladarme a otro hospital para recibir consulta.

Los Doctores son buenos, pero en efecto la atención en recepción y en tramites es pésima, me entregaron una acta de defunción con muchos errores y la señorita de recepción primero muy mal encarada cunado vieron que los errores eran de ellos y muchos pues ya lo combiaron, y la facturación es malisima te facturan mal y cuando quieren. Lastima que un servicio de hospital bueno se enegresca por estos detalles

Muy mala y triste experiencia sino va a ir es pensando en que la atención es mucho mejor que en un hospital de gobierno y para nada la actitud de las enfermeras es muy mala debes estar detrás de ellas para que vean a tu paciente hasta para un vaso de agua y los drs no se diga cómo se la pasan en consulta externa tu paciente internado debe esperar a que sus citas de los drs terminen para que lo atiendan mi papá en grito de dolor y solo quedaba esperar y esperar. Además debes ayudarles a las enfermeras a todo no saben ni mover a un paciente. Mis respetos para los de limpieza ellos son los más preocupados p que uno esté bien dentro de sus funciones claro. Eso si cobran como si su atención y calidad humana fuera de 10 me queda claro que lo que más les importa es el negocio. No lo recomiendo para nada.
