★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente que construyeran un nuevo Hospital General para Acapulco y su zona metropolitana. Tiene helipuerto para traslados de urgencia y trasplantes de órganos. Muy buena ubicación en el distribuidor vial de la carretera federal Mexico-Acapulco y el libramiento poniente. Las instalaciones muy bien.
 Excellent that they built a new General Hospital for Acapulco and its metropolitan area. It has a heliport for emergency transfers and organ transplants. Very good location on the highway distributor of the Mexico-Acapulco federal highway and the western bypass. The facilities very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio y atención por parte del personal. Los pacientes entran por una emergencia y terminan infectados de covid-19, incluyendo bebes recién nacidos. No informan a los familiares de como esta su paciente, y al operar no avisan como estuvo el resultado sino hasta 48 horas después, mientras la familia esta desesperada por saber como salio su familiar.
Very poor service and attention from the staff. Patients enter for an emergency and end up infected with covid-19, including newborn babies. They do not inform relatives of how their patient is, and when they operate, they do not notify how the result was until 48 hours later, while the family is desperate to know how their family member came out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me da lastima mirar como la insensibilidad al dolor ajeno hace eco en el personal del hospital general de Acapulco. Muy mala coordinacion e intercambio de informacion entre el personal, los medicos, y especialistas. Al preguntar por tu paciente lo que sobresale es "yo no tengo esa informacion", " yo no tengo control sobre eso" " no estoy autorizado para dar informacion" "esa decicion no la tomo yo" . Total, que ahi nadien sabe decirte que esta pasando con tu familiar y tampoco cuando te volveran a dar "infirmacion". ME DUELES MEXICO!
It hurts me to see how insensitivity to the pain of others echoes in the staff of the Acapulco General Hospital. Very poor coordination and information exchange between staff, doctors, and specialists. When asking about your patient what stands out is "I do not have that information", "I have no control over that" "I am not authorized to give information" "that decision was not taken by me". Total, that nobody knows how to tell you what is happening with your family member or when they will give you "information" again. DUEL ME MEXICO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy muy agradecida con los doctores y las enfermeras por la atencion que brindaron a mi madre leocadia lezma de estar muy grave ahora esta mejorando gracias al esfuerzo de cada uno de las personas involucradas gracias y que Dios los siga bendiciendo y ojala que el gobierno apoye mucho mas a este hospital por que me consta que trabajan duro para salvar la vida ? en mis oraciones siempre gracias.
I am very grateful to the doctors and nurses for the care they gave my mother Leocadia Lezma, because she is very ill, now she is improving thanks to the efforts of each of the people involved. Thank you and may God continue to bless them and hopefully the government supports a lot but to this hospital because I know that they work hard to save life ? always thank you in my prayers.

I still have a hospitalized brother and I was treated wonderfully. I am satisfied with the attention given to the patient, thanks to the nurses and all the staff who work there on behalf of Odulio Erminio García.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos días. Muy lamentable el servicio. No se puede acceder a los baños porque se ponen a hacer el aseo de la sala y se la pasan trapeando con la misma agua. Tiene dos horas haciendo el servicio y el muchacho asea con una calma desesperante. Es importante que el director del hospital se dé una vuelta en el área de las mujeres embarazadas. Están afuera y no pueden pasar al baño. Ya se pudo accesar al baño y siguen súper sucios. No entiendo por qué los cerraron si no los asearon.
En cuanto al servicio médico es muy bueno. Se ve el cambio con respecto los gobiernos anteriores. Felicitaciones
