★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super buena atención, los doctores, las enfermeras, absolutamente todos, tienen un super buen trato, me acabo de aliviar hay y me trataron excelente, trataron super bien ami bebé lo cuidaron y dieron atenciones a ambos, tenemos que estar al pendiente pues si hace falta material y ese tipo de cosas, pero recordemos que es un espacio público y tenemos que ayudar, son cosas que ocupamos nosotras como pacientes y debemos ayudar, de verdad que me atendieron super bien, quede muy feliz con la atención??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hospital tiene muy mala fama en Chimalhuacán, sin embargo tengan en cuenta que opera con un presupuesto ridículo ya que es de salubridad, y aún con ello hacen su trabajo. No dudo que haya malos médicos que no realizan su labor con profesionalidad, sin embargo también hay muy buenos doctores y enfermeras que sí se preocupan por los pacientes que acuden. Cabe recalcar que el trato por parte del personal de salud siempre fue amable y atento. El trato por parte de la señorita de trabajo social es horrible, parece que odia su trabajo. Los guardias de seguridad son bastante planos y cortantes, sin embargo se entiende, ya que les sorprendería la cantidad de gente ignorante que los culpa a ellos de sus desgracias. Tengan especial atención en las afueras del hospital, ya que es bien sabido que está en un zona roja del municipio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola tuve una gran experiencia estando muy mal de covid ya que llegue por dejarme en estate critico se portaron muy bien y atentas la doctora Yeraldin y la enfermera LiLi son angeles en ese hospital ellas estan de. L a V y son geniales te dan la fuerza de echarle ganas no hay palabras para agradecer a todas las enfermeras y doctores de turno que dios las vendiga y las cuide muchas gracias por ayudar a tanta gente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la doctora del área de covid me negó la prueba, fue grosera y déspota, dijo que tenía que llegar muriendo para que me atendieran, pero que ellos no realizan pruebas, me tuvieron esperando más de una hora para decirme que no me iban a atender.
Se me hace una estupidez y muy ignorante que la "doctora" encargada del área de las pruebas de contestaciones tan ilogicas, tienes que llegar muriendo para que te atiendan, pero no realizan pruebas, tal parece que a ellos se les hace más fácil matar a sus pacientes que atenderlos, por eso la gente dice que el que entra al 90 camas no sale vivo con ese personal tan deficiente.
Se supone que es para prevenir y evitar morir y ahí tienes que llegar desahuciado para que te digan que no se pudo hacer nada, pues como si los quieren muertos.
Son de lo peor ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer acudí con mi papá a urgencias llegando lo atendieron y fueron muy amables mi papá no tiene ningún tipo de seguro y la atención fue inmediata si compramos algún material o cosa que necesito yo solo gaste 40 pesos en un frasco para muestra y unas geringas y eso porque compre el paquete solo me pidieron dos y ya lo demás lo puso el hospital para mi opinión es un buen hospital yo tengo seguro y la verdad nunca me atienden o espero horas y son más de cuatro así que está vez mi experiencia fue agradable. Para mi primera vez considero que es un buen hospital.

Because I bought the package, they only asked me for two and the rest was provided by the hospital. In my opinion, it is a good hospital. I have insurance and the truth is that they never treat me or I wait for hours and it is more than four, so this time my experience was pleasant. For my first time I consider it to be a good hospital.
