Pues me atendieron hasta las 9:30am pero ya una vez que le tocó mi turno todo fue muy rápido y ahí mismo me dieron cita para el próximo mes. Hay pocos asientos libres en lo que llega tu turno así que tengan paciencia. I come to consult Derma for the first time and if there are enough people to be 8am to see how it goes!! Well, they attended me until 9:30 a.m. but once it was my turn, everything went very quickly and they gave me an appointment for the next month. There are few free seats when your turn comes so be patient.
I	Ingrid gallardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible fui a urgencias por que mi hijo tenia toda la noche llorando no durmio nada tenia calentura lo lleve a la clínica a que lo revisaran bien y solo me pasaron al área de covid se tardaron 6 horas para hacer una prueba rapidisim y me dijeron que tenia covid pero jamas lo reviso alguien solo le isieron eso y me fui muy preocupada. No me quede tranquila y fui a 3 lugares donde me cobraron pero por fin me dijeron lo que tenía mi niño y eran sus primeros brotes de dientes mi hijo ahora está excelente ya no tiene calentura .. tanto tiempo para nada y las mujeres que trabajan ahí no quieren hacer su trabajo y me quedo claro por que mucha gente venia a que los atendiera alguien y todos se comportaban muy groseros Horrible I went to the emergency room because my son had been crying all night, he did not sleep at all, he had a fever, I took him to the clinic to have him checked well and they only took me to the covid area, it took 6 hours to do a quick test and they told me that he had covid but someone never checked it, they only saw that and I left very worried. Fue una negligencia, pero en su momento no supimos hasta después que lo contamos a otros doctores nos dijeron que fue negligencia hacer eso. También en otra ocasión llegué con medio tobillo de fuera, me tardaron unas 3 horas en atenderme,.no hicieron el triage pensaron que solo tenía esguince, cuando me atendió el doctor se sorprendió y hasta se sintió héroe porque me acomodo el tobillo sin romperme un solo hueso, eso sí el músculo y los tejidos quedaron destruidos, la atención en recepción de urgencias pésima. J	Jaime Aranda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buenas la atención por los doctores y enfermeras, muy buen control de sanidad, más lastima que muchos no valoren los esfuerzos de ese personal por dar la atención y no tomar en cuenta las normas de sanidad de algunas gentes a que me tocó ver gente en el hospital afuera sin cubrebocas, y de gente que piensa que son los únicos derechohabientes que requieren atención y no esperan ni respetan los protocolos, pónganse a pensar en la cantidad de esfuerzo que realiza la institución por dar la atención a todos de manera profesional. Y para aquellos que no les gusta la atención médica del IMSS, Pues cuidense y no se enfermen.
