★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala nunca te entregan el medicamento completo y los de la farmacia son muy déspotas de nuestras aportaciones se les paga su sueldo y nos tratan con la punta de pie y el director no ase nada pésimo servicio
Very bad they never give you the full medicine and the pharmacy is very despotic of our contributions, they pay their salary and they treat us with the tip of their feet and the director does not do anything terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En control de documento unifila y con el médico general atienden rápido y bien ahí si tienen 5 estrellas pero en urgencias tardaron 8 horas en atenderme, me estuviera dando un infarto y ahí me muero para urgencias ni se arrimen.
In uniform document control and with the general practitioner they attend quickly and well there if they have 5 stars but in the emergency it took 8 hours to attend to me, I was having a heart attack and there I die for the emergency or they do not come close.

By phone they give you an indication, you arrive and they give another one, you leave without solving anything. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente la demanda supera la capacidad. Todos los doctores opinan diferente, se contradicen, casi todas las secretarías tienen pésima actitud, mobiliario de hace 40 años. Los sanitarios parecen de un campo de concentración.
Unfortunately demand exceeds capacity. All the doctors have a different opinion, they contradict each other, almost all the secretaries have a terrible attitude, furniture from 40 years ago. The restrooms look like they're from a concentration camp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de toda la fama que tiene esta institución, yo siempre le estaré agradecido a todo su personal, que es gran mayoría ha sido profesional y muy competente, ya que le han salvado a mi padre la vida más de 3 veces.
Esta institución se merece mi respeto y mi cariño, porque sin ella, mi padre no estaría aquí con nosotros.
Independientemente que si es un monserga venir, las horas y filas interminables y sus procesos burocráticos juntos con parte de su personal que luego es muy mal encarada y tienen pesimo trato, ha salvado y seguirá salvando miles de vidas.
Mi respeto y admiración al personal profesional que labora aquí.
Despite all the fame that this institution has, I will always be grateful to all its staff, the vast majority have been professional and very competent, since they have saved my father's life more than 3 times.
This institution deserves my respect and affection, because without it, my father would not be here with us.
Regardless if it is a monserga to come, the endless hours and lines and its bureaucratic processes together with part of its staff who are then very badly faced and have terrible treatment, it has saved and will continue to save thousands of lives.
My respect and admiration for the professional staff who work here.
