★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi experiencia me quedo un amargo sabor de voca, el embarazo de mi esposa tuvo que ser cesárea en la clínica Santa María por falta de liquido amniótico y aquí en toco me decían que venía con el líquido normal.
 In my experience I have a bitter taste of vocals, my wife's pregnancy had to be caesarean at the Santa María clinic due to lack of amniotic fluid and here in Toco they told me that it came with normal fluid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ocupan más señalamientos los pasillos están muy confusos, pero hay mucho espacio para estacionarse adentro, muy pocas camas para pacientes en urgencias, y mucho menos para personas que se quedan a cuidar a los pacientes.
They occupy more signs, the corridors are very confusing, but there is plenty of parking inside, very few beds for patients in the ER, and much less for people who stay to care for patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hacen esperar 3 horas a un paciente que se convulsionó previamente pero bien que en cuando el paciente vuelve a convulsionarse lo atienden inmediatamente, para después en el reporte llamar a la familia "agresiva" por exigir atención humana para un enfermo grave, pésimo servicio.
They make a patient who had previously convulsed wait 3 hours, but when the patient convulses again they treat him immediately, and later in the report they call the family "aggressive" for demanding human attention for a seriously ill person, a terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia, solo fui a recoger un medicamento que al final no m lo dieron por que la señorita que cambiaba los tarjetones por inicio de año se enfermo y ninguno sabía como moverle a la computadora. Por un simple papel que cualquier trabajador de dirección debería saber hacer no pude recoger mi suministro. Y tarde casi 4 horas esperando.
The worst experience, I just went to pick up a medicine that in the end they didn't give me because the lady who changed the cards at the beginning of the year got sick and no one knew how to move it to the computer. For a simple role that any management worker should know how to do I was unable to collect my supply. And I spent almost 4 hours waiting.

Es grande y loable la labor profesional y humanitaria que ejerce el personal que trabaja en este hospital. Mis reconocimientos a cada enfermero, a cada doctor que ayuda en forma tan especial a cada uno de sus pacientes. En lo particular estoy muy agradecido por la buena atención que le brindaron a mi mamá en una cirugía de sus ojos en el año de 1982 y tantos servicios que nos siguen brindando. Lo único malo es que somos muchos los que requerimos de atención y...lamentablemente no se nos puede atender a todos al mismo tiempo. Aquí debemos tener paciencia y reconocer que unos son de mayor urgencia que en ocasiones nuestros casos. Lamento que nuestros gobiernos no puedan atender tanta demanda de reparaciones para dar un mantenimiento digno y necesario a nuestros hospitales pero aún así...Mis felicitaciones más sinceras por su labor que hace la diferencia.
My sincere congratulations to this IMSS number one general hospital in Tepic Nayarit. The professional and humanitarian work carried out by the staff working in this hospital is great and laudable. My acknowledgments to each nurse, to each doctor who helps each of their patients in such a special way. In particular, I am very grateful for the good care they gave my mother during her eye surgery in 1982 and for the many services they continue to provide us. The only bad thing is that there are many of us who require attention and...unfortunately we cannot be attended to all at the same time. Here we must have patience and recognize that some are of greater urgency than sometimes our cases. I regret that our governments cannot meet such a demand for repairs to provide decent and necessary maintenance to our hospitals, but even so... My most sincere congratulations for your work that makes a difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was an option for negative stars. This place is Literally the kind of hospital in horror movies...actually this is worse! Inhumane, unhygienic, lack of respect, and absolute joke to the medical field. I could literally throw on a white robe and call myself a doctor in this hospital, even if I did that I would do a better job. Due to legalities I won’t go in detail of what they do, but I will say this place needs to get shut down. I will NEVER forget my experience here with a loved one.
