★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima la tipa Anahi, del área de cajas. Por un error del área de informes me regresaron a formarme nuevamente en la fila, en la cual estuve formado más de media hora. Aún cuando la señorita de cajas me había dicho que corrigiera ese error y regresara sin formarme con ella, la tipa Anahi se molesto porque ya había puesto a alguien formado en esa caja, como si yo hubiera tenido el error y no ellos.
 The girl Anahi, from the checkout area, was terrible. Due to an error in the reporting area, they returned me to line up again, in which I was lined up for more than half an hour. Even when the checkout lady had told me to correct that mistake and come back without lining up with her, Anahi was upset because she had already put someone in line at that checkout, as if I had made the mistake and not them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mi tía la operaron el 3marzo2022 tiene más de 75 años, fue una cirugía larga, no habia camas en cirugía es lo que dicen y la enviaron al servicio de Ginecología está en una camilla hasta el día de hoy 10 marzo 2022, los médicos de cirugía general no han estado al pendiente de la paciente, al día de hoy no está consciente y la atención por parte del personal de enfermería es pésima. Ojalá y me indicaran con quién acudir para que le asigne cama.
Si alguien alguna vez a estado hospitalizado sabrá la incomodidad de estar en una camilla, por lo que espero que mi tía no tenga complicaciones.
My aunt underwent surgery on March 3, 2022, she is over 75 years old, it was a long surgery, there were no beds in surgery, that is what they say, and they sent her to the Gynecology service, she is on a stretcher until today, March 10, 2022, the doctors of general surgery have not been aware of the patient, to this day she is not aware and the care by the nursing staff is terrible. I wish they would tell me who to go to so I can assign him a bed.
If anyone has ever been hospitalized, they will know the discomfort of being on a stretcher, so I hope my aunt has no complications.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi esposo tenía una urgencia de urologia y llegamos a las 7 y el doctor HECTOR MIRANDA NOS DEJÓ ESPERANDO HASTA LAS 7 DE LA MAÑANA ya que prefirió dormirse que atender a las 9 urgencias que había es una pena que contraten personas tan deplorables y les pague por dormir
My husband had a urology emergency and we arrived at 7 and Dr. HECTOR MIRANDA LEFT US WAITING UNTIL 7 IN THE MORNING since he preferred to sleep than attend to the 9 emergencies that there were, it's a shame that they hire such deplorable people and pay them for sleep

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El mejor hospital que puede existir, los Doctores sumamente preparados y muy profesionales, mi bebé nació ahí, estuvimos 3 largos meses en Neonatos en terapia intensiva y salvaron la vida de mi bebé. Toda da la vida estaré sumamente agradecida con todos ustedes ❤️??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya llevo mas de dos horas esperando a que el doctor de cirugía plástica reconstructiva, atienda a mi familiar por una mano rota, me. Dicen q no hay médico, por el momento q porq se fue a cenar y no saben a q hora regrese, entonces la urgencia ya no va a ser urgencia y a seguir esperando cuantas horas más para q el doctor regrese de cenar, yo entiendo todos somos humanos y tenemos necesidades pero digo si sabe el médico q tiene una responsabilidad para la atención de urgencias donde esta, hay más de 5 pacientes esperando a q llegue el. Doctor de cenar..... He aquí la 4T, y la muy mala atención q les dan a los pacientes en este hospital

They say that there is no doctor, for the moment because he went to dinner and they don't know when he will return, then the urgency will no longer be an emergency and to continue waiting for a few more hours for the doctor to return from dinner, I understand we are all human and we have needs but I say if the doctor knows that he has a responsibility for emergency care where he is, there are more than 5 patients waiting for him to arrive. Dinner doctor..... Here is the 4T, and the very bad care they give to patients in this hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención, llegamos por el área de urgencias y ahí la atención muy bien. Aunque había bastante gente o atención fue buena y rápida.
Nos canalizaron al área de oftalmologia, la atención también muy bien en esta área el problema es que debido a la pandemia y a qué se trata de un hospital COVID sus servicios están limitados, la lista de espera para los tratamientos es muy lenta (debido a las mismas restricciones) y los tratamientos quirúrgicos no están disponibles.
Excellent attention, we arrived through the emergency area and there the attention was very good. Although there were quite a few people or attention was good and fast.
They channeled us to the ophthalmology area, the care is also very good in this area, the problem is that due to the pandemic and because it is a COVID hospital, its services are limited, the waiting list for treatments is very slow (due to same restrictions) and surgical treatments are not available.
