★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo que hace que la gente tenga una mala opinión de este hospital es SU PERSONAL.
A pesar de que cuentan con algunas especialidades como dermatología, ginecología, dental, urología, alergología, Rayos x, ultrasonografía entre otras, personal calificado e instalaciones regulares, la atención que te brindan desde la entrada es muy, muy mala.
No hay un módulo de información, su sistema es muy obsoleto, para un servicio hay que hacer varios trámites pero nadie te informa como y dónde hacerlos y si les preguntas, te responden de mala gana, mal encarados y a veces hasta groseros!
Así que tienes que llegar siendo adivino o andar preguntando hasta que alguien te oriente, lo que te hace perder tiempo y a veces hasta la cita que tenías.
En ocasiones hay personal observando y preguntando a los pacientes como los están tratando y te dicen dónde y como poner una queja lo malo de esto es que su buzón de quejas siempre está vacío, ya que para poner una queja hay que llenar unas formas las cuales nunca están en los buzones.
What makes people have a bad opinion of this hospital is YOUR STAFF.
Although they have some specialties such as dermatology, gynecology, dental, urology, allergology, x-rays, ultrasonography among others, qualified staff and regular facilities, the attention they give you from the entrance is very, very bad.
There is no information module, its system is very obsolete, for a service you have to do several procedures but nobody informs you how and where to do them and if you ask them, they respond reluctantly, badly faced and sometimes even rude!
So you have to be a fortune teller or keep asking until someone guides you, which makes you waste time and sometimes until the date you had.
Sometimes there are staff observing and asking patients how they are being treated and they tell you where and how to make a complaint. The bad thing about this is that their complaint box is always empty, since to file a complaint you have to fill out some forms which They are never in the mailboxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entendible que por la pandemia tengan todas las precauciones necesarias pero es en cerio que no te atiendan en emergencias al menos de que vallas sangrando? Me parece una estupidez teniendo en consideración que muchas enfermedades no causan sangrado. Si están contando en ir a este hospital por alguna emergencia más vale que se habrán la cabeza o muestren algún tipo de sangrado de otra manera simplemente no te atenderán!
It is understandable that due to the pandemic they have all the necessary precautions, but is it true that they do not treat you in emergencies unless you are bleeding? It seems stupid to me considering that many diseases do not cause bleeding. If they are counting on going to this hospital for some emergency they better break their heads or show some kind of bleeding otherwise they just won't treat you!
