You must value your life when you arrive at the emergency room and think about it, if you are left with poor care, lack of medications, and wait for a miracle, die or go home to seek help. Today's disque doctors do not value people's lives, they no longer have any affinity for their profession .. hdtsptm

Pésimo, más ahorita por la contingencia
Terrible, more right now due to the contingency

Good service, but they can improve. The facilities leave much to be desired, another ISSSTE hospital is already needed in San Luis.

They treat the patient like garbage. And their relatives as incompetent. (And without problems in front of them I tell them who and who it was). I don't doubt they have the knowledge, but they lack education. And if that is how they will educate their children, what awaits the future generation.

I'm calling to make an appointment for the covid license. They ask us not to introduce ourselves, but when you call, they answer you but remain silent and then hang up the call. As well as? It is essential to process it.

I was in the emergency room for 6 days, I'll tell you: it was 6 days without being able to take a shower or enter personal hygiene items. 6 days without a phone, incommunicado, worse than incarcerated. 6 days without soap or toilet paper, sharing it with more than 10 people. My relatives had to be on the street waiting all day, to be given reports and allowed to enter 15 minutes a day to see me. The nights were a party of patients asking for basic care, literally crying and screaming while the hidden nurses talked and laughed like a party among friends. The only good thing about the place is the food, believe it or not, the food was very good. My compliments to the chef. It was the only thing that kept me going during those 6 days and 5 nights in the hospital of terror.

Afortunadamente tengo salud.
Fortunately, I am healthy. But every time I come with my mom it's a show, this last time they called her to come and when she arrived it turned out that they weren't going to attend to her. It is always the same, arriving, saying "Good morning" without receiving an answer and asking half the world to find out if they will attend, how the order is going and with whom you have to register. He has difficulty walking, and has to come from outside. Can't organize themselves to offer an efficient service? They are not considering EVERYTHING a person has to do to come to their appointment and still be greeted with their mugs, laughing at how they canceled last minute, bothering to ask questions, not answering the phone. Check your organizational manual, especially in the administrative area, hopefully you can offer a workshop to develop that consideration and empathy for the needs of patients. And as if that were not enough, the security guards are the most gestural people you can come across in life.

This is my second experience with my 92 year old grandmother. The nurses in the actual hospital are very caring and knowledgeable. The on call doctors are arrogant and ill mannered. The hospital is dilapidated no restroom or shower in the patient's room only in the hall. The patient MUST HAVE a family member to care 4 the patient. The restrooms in the whole hospital do not have soap much less toulet paper. The emergency side of the hospital is horrific and the waiting area is riddled with super germs. No one cleans appropriatly or cares. This is not a free hospital. The director could care less about the elderly and by his actions he wishes they would just die.
