Los derechohabientes son la parte afectada por un sistema de salud que está en el completo abandono, en reiteradas ocasiones los pagos de un servicio médico son elevados, afecta la economía de las personas más vulnerables o de escasos recursos y en general son los familiares de los pacientes que tienen que aportar los insumos médicos para que su paciente pueda ser dado de alta. Es un servicio deficiente con bastantes carencias.
It lacks specialized staff and medications. The beneficiaries are the part affected by a health system that is in complete abandonment, on repeated occasions the payments for a medical service are high, it affects the economy of the most vulnerable people or those with few resources, and in general they are the relatives of the patients who have to provide medical supplies so that their patient can be discharged. It is a poor service with many shortcomings.
