El hospital es nuevo, tiene adecuada accesibilidad, cuenta con recursos adecuados para atender a la población, se brinda atención de urgencias adultos, urgencias pediatría, urgencias ginecológicas, cuánta con salas para hospitalización de ginecología , cirugía general, pediatría, traumatología. Actualmente existe una parte del hospital destinada para la atención de pacientes con COVID-19.

Se ve muy bien. Al parecer ya se quitaron estereotipo de hacer o replicar el diseño de edificio de escuela vieja. Y a este si le pusieron un poco de empeño en el diseño. Fácil de llegar. Accesible. En el viejo ya era difícil encontrar estacionamiento. Diario saturado.

Pésimo protocolo de actuación para el covid-19. No hay nadie que te canalice ni informe lo suficiente para descartar el contagio. Además el hospital está hecho un asco, no hay un buen filtro sanitizante y los pobres guardias ni información tienen. Muy mala la parte operativa y pésima la parte directiva. Qué vergüenza de servicio para el ciudadano Laguense. Es muy triste, decepcionante y frustrante las barreras de comunicación (que ni siquiera es burocrática) producto de una notoria falta de líneas de comunicación. ¿De qué sirve un espacio destinado al covid-19 sino atienden oportuna y correctamente los asuntos relacionados a dicha enfermedad? ¿Creen que toda la gente tiene para solventar una prueba de laboratorio? Horrible lugar que desgraciadamente mucha gente se ve en la necesidad de acudir al no poseer otros recursos.
Terrible action protocol for covid-19. There is no one to channel you or report enough to rule out contagion. Besides, the hospital is a mess, there is no good sanitizing filter and the poor guards have no information. The operational part is very bad and the directive part is very bad. What a shame of service for the Laguense citizen. The communication barriers (which are not even bureaucratic) are very sad, disappointing and frustrating due to a notorious lack of communication lines. What good is a space for covid-19 if they do not attend to matters related to said disease in a timely and correct manner? Do you think that all people have to afford a laboratory test? Horrible place that unfortunately many people find themselves in the need to go because they do not have other resources.

*****************Update: My dad died within 6 days in this horrible hospital. I never got to talk to him. They didn't allow it. The worst. Take your loved ones anywhere else but here. They will just let them die here. Hardly no one checks on them; left alone for most of the time. There was NO doctor available for the covid unit the night my dad died! So, an ER doctor had to come in to check on my dying father and she noticed the lack of care right before he died! (The details are graphic) Even she couldn't understand why they didn't do certain things he needed! Obvious things that could have kept him alive! They could have prevented his death had they checked on him correctly. Given him the proper care he needed. They do not attend to the patients needs. Complete Medical malpractice! Beware! I miss my dad. Didn't even get to say goodbye thanks to this hospital and it's terrible, unhumane staff. Also, the older woman that answers the phone shouldn't work there. Very unempathetic and unprofessional. You hate your job? Then work somewhere else that doesn't involve the care of dying patients and attending to grieving families. I hope someone that truly cares about the future of this hospital and the care of the residents of Lagos the Moreno reads this and takes required action desperately needed on change for the better. ************************** They take the patient in and call out covid code red without assessing and testing the patient for covid. They take away patients cellphone and they have no contact with their loved ones! How is this ok? It makes the situation worse! It affects their mental health! If you ask why, They don't give you a reason. Only tell you it isn't allowed. If it's to avoid spread of covid...the world knows to simply sanitize the device and allow patient to attend to their own device. They accept water bottles, candy, slippers, etc to be dropped off to the patient. How is a cell phone different?? Seems to me they want to avoid being in the public eye if there are pictures taken and shared in social media. That doesn't make it ok to do what they are doing. Is every hospital in Mexico doing this?? Also they don't call daily to give you an update and if you call they give you attitude and tell you They will call you when it's time to call you. If they even answer.. otherwise it rings forever without an answer. Needs better organization, better procedures, especially for covid care; And better trained staff/receptionists/social services to attend a patient's family whom is in distress. Unacceptable.
