★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La forma en la que trabajan es muy absurda ya que tengo un familiar con covid y la información que nos brindan es solo vía telefónica 48 o 72 horas y vedemos de esperar a que nos llamen porque no dan información si nosotros llamamos. Y si asistes a la clínica te niegan la información. en la llamada que realizan muy rápida, no hay calidad en las llamadas no podemos preguntar solo parecen grabadoras comentando como esta el paciente. es un pésimo servicio y lo peor que muchos pagamos cada semana por ese servicio y cuando lo necesitamos es horrible.
 The way they work is very absurd since I have a relative with covid and the information they give us is only by phone for 48 or 72 hours and we try to wait for them to call us because they do not give information if we call. And if you go to the clinic they deny you the information. In the call they make very fast, there is no quality in the calls, we cannot ask, they only sound like recorders commenting on how the patient is. It is a terrible service and the worst that many of us pay every week for that service and when we need it it is horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atención la chica que está en recepción obstetricia está con el celular desconozco que este haciendo pero se paró y se fue sin decir nada acasi una hora de que fue no atiende nadie
Awful attention the girl who is at the obstetrics reception is on her cell phone I don't know what she is doing but she got up and left without saying anything for almost an hour no one answered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan los horarios de citas te dicen a una hora te atienden asta que se les antoja 2 , 3 horas más de lo Hera la cita mala la atención como si fuera gratis todos pagamos es lo ellos no entienden ?? y nunca ay medicamentos ???????
They do not respect appointment times, they tell you at one hour they attend you until they feel like 2, 3 hours more than Hera the bad appointment the attention as if it were free we all pay is what they do not understand ?? and there are never medications ?? ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En ese lugar El reumatólogo nunca llega a ver a los pacientes mi hermana tiene dos dias y nunca fue a checarla y como no llego a revisarla la dieron de alta pero de seguro su sueldo si lo tubo seguro !!!
In that place The rheumatologist never gets to see the patients, my sister is two days old and he never went to check on her and since he didn't get to check on her, they discharged her but surely her salary was safe!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, mala atención, no hay medicamentos, los guardias son molestos y groseros, los elevadores siempre están llenos, nunca sirven los equipos de rx, las citas te las dan para 2 o 3 meses, no hay espesilalestas te citan a una hora y debés de prensetarte con 30 minutos de anticipación, pero el doctor te puede atender asta 5 o6 horas después o también puede no atenderte y darte otra cita , exceso de personal que no hace nada solo platicando y cotorreando con sus celulares
Terrible place, bad attention, there are no medications, the guards are annoying and rude, the elevators are always full, the rx teams never serve, the appointments are given for 2 or 3 months, there are no espesilalestas they quote you at an hour and You must press 30 minutes in advance, but the doctor can attend you up to 5 or 6 hours later or he may not attend you and give you another appointment, excess staff that does nothing just chatting and chattering with their cell phones

cirugía.., médicos...enfermeras.... trabajo social etc eficaz y eficiente....lo que demerita es que en las salas ........las personas de otras camas hacen que sea terrible estar ahí ......parece guerra de música.....haber quien la oye más fuerte.....en esta esquina musica regional mexicana ( cama 634) y la cuidadora cantando y en la otra esquina ( cama 637). Reguetón....3 visitantes al mismo tiempo....comiendo entre todos pollo pechugon y eruptando.........y tú enfermo con dolor y se supone en recuperación después de la cirugía....... donde está la vigilancia y recordarle a las personas que es hospital no hotel o su casa para hacer fiestas...carcajadas....groserias..o ya no hay reglamento hospitalario???
