Excelente trato de todo el personal desde limpieza, enfermeras y doctores. Un gran lugar para recibir atención médica!!! The medical care is first class, I thought it was the best. The facilities are first class, I like the hygiene and cleanliness of the hospital. Excellent treatment of all staff from cleaners, nurses and doctors. A great place to receive medical attention !!!

Todos se portaron excelente, tanto médicos, enfermeras, administrativo y él personal en general, siempre muy amables y bien pendientes todo el tiempo de lo que se nos ofreciera. Mi hermana eligió el parto con anestesia y fue perfecto, todo el tiempo con su doctora de la mano. Lo recomiendo 100%. I loved the service, we received much more than expected. Everyone was excellent, both doctors, nurses, administrative staff and the staff in general, always very friendly and well aware all the time of what was offered to us. My sister chose the delivery under anesthesia and it was perfect, all the time with her doctor by the hand. I recommend it 100%.

Mi bebé necesitó hospitalización, en ese lapso no se me tenía al tanto de que tipo de exámenes se le estaban realizando ni que medicamentos se le estaban suministrando. No tienen asesor/a de lactancia. En cuanto a orden, limpieza muy bien. In my experience I "was left to owe" a little. My baby required hospitalization, during that period I was not aware of what type of tests were being performed or what medications were being administered. They do not have a lactation consultant. As for order, cleaning very well.

De salir de Quirófano, aunque pagues no te quieren dejar porque no hay cuartos, está sucio, no cambian las sábanas de las camas, no tienen las medidas sanitarias ante Covid, en el tercer piso no hay gel antibacterial y el personal es muy grosero, en especial la enfermera o recepcionista Vero del tercer piso, muy déspota, cero recomendable este hospital. Terrible service by reception and nursing, they run the sick after 2 HRS. To leave the operating room, even if you pay, they don't want to leave you because there are no rooms, it's dirty, they don't change the sheets on the beds, they don't have the sanitary measures against Covid, on the third floor there is no antibacterial gel and the staff is very rude, especially the nurse or receptionist Vero on the third floor, very despotic, zero recommend this hospital.

PÉSIMO, lo único rescatable es el especialista que se contrató por fuera de este lugar. En plena contingencia no veo los protocolos de salubridad que deberían de tener. Tienen más pacientes que cuartos disponibles, con precios nada accesibles y un servicio del nivel del Seguro Social. El personal de enfermería y recepción no tiene experiencia y tampoco saben de modales. Terrible, the only redeemable thing is the specialist who was hired outside of this place. In full contingency I do not see the health protocols that they should have. Mi hija ahora está sana y sonriente y toda mi familia sigue al cuidado de grandes doctores, que consultan en este hospital... Y la vista de la terraza!
