Hace unos días tuve a mi bebé ahí (cesárea programada).
A few days ago I had my baby there (scheduled cesarean section). I took my medical team but the hospital in general is good for what they charge, the staff is very friendly (from security to drs), the nurses who treated me are a charm, pain, discomfort or whatever, there they were except of nursery nurses. There are two points against: 1) they have an excess of surgeries a day and that means that there are no rooms available for when another leaves, that delays and they can leave the patient waiting in the corridors just left cx, fortunately my husband was able to solve it, but I'm sure they would have left me there for a while in what was vacating rooms. 2) Nursery nurses ignore the pediatrician's instructions, my baby should NOT take formula due to medical conditions, and even so with the instruction they gave it to him, they scolded me and said that the pediatrician had told him to give it to him, The next day what was said was denied and the nurses did what they wanted and today is the day that my daughter 1 month after being born is ill thanks to the negligence of these pseudo professionals, I am already proceeding with the lawsuit for obstetric violence and damage to my daughter's health. It seems that they lend you your son because they want to tell you what to feed him, and they don't even want to leave him at night because "you have to rest" ?. I'm not going crazy again.

The attention was excellent, the bad thing is that right now due to the covid they only admit one person as a companion. I feel that the room lacks more hygiene since it was not so neat and it is a hospital, the nurses are super friendly and attentive, as well as the rest of the staff.

The hospital looks reasonable clean, prices are very accessible. Does not have parking lot. The prices are negotiated by your doctor. Depending on the shift and current nurses, the attention varies a lot!

I have had two c-sections here now with Dr. Raymundo. Hes a great Dr and was very respectful of my wishes. What surprised me the most was the price with my second surgery. It was nearly double the cost and only a year later. I purchased the "package" directly through the hospital, thinking that all of the nessicities were included, thats not the case. One example was the tights that they put on you so your veins wont explode, that seems like a nessicity, but not included in the package. We were quoted 16,900 pesos and walked out paying 23,000 pesos. So just be prepared to pay for EVERYTHING. The staff was very attentive and friendly, they did a great job explaining everything and answering any questions that i had. The facility its self could have been better. The AC in the room was not working and there was no hot water (my biggest pet peeve!). We reported both and they were fixed in a timely manner. All in all not a negative experience, but im not sure that i would go back again.

Short wait, Hassle free, Walk-in xray $18.31 US. I came up in their computer system from blood work done in Cholula a few years ago.
