★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La consulta con el pediatra bien, pero en recepción nefasto servicio, marque a las 7 am y me digeron que 800 pesos antes de las 9 am porque era de urgencia después de las 9 am 600 pesos, llegamos aproximadamente a las 12 del día de hoy y me cobraron 835 pesos, les comenté que ya había hablado y me dijeron que en fin de semana el precio varea, a lo cual le respondí que qué acababa de hablar ese mismo día, no tenía congruencia qué me diera otro precio, pero con tal que me atendieran a mi bebe lo pague, e inmediatamente después de mi llego un chico igual a Pediatria y a él le cobraron 895 pesos o sea qué no sé si así tienen ordenado o se roban el dinero los de la recepción pero ya no regreso nuevamente ?

El trato de los médicos al momento de la operación estuvo EXELENTE, la atención de los enfermeros súper atentos y muy amables, las instalaciones muy limpias, el personal de intendencia ?, el servicio de comedor no se queda atrás exelente servicio alimentos frescos.
Por este medio agradezco a todo el personal involucrados en mi estancia dentro del hospital!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servico, me operaron el día sábado y tuve complicaciones, me dejaron con el médico internista porque ya se había acabado el turno de quienes me operaron, el médico solo me visito una vez en todo la recuperación y esa visita me salio muy cara. Dos enfermeros no me ayudaron en lo que se supone son sus deberes. Después de darme de alta, los documentos tenían errores, y la atención del área administrativa fue mala, peor que el IMSS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al Principio Excelente Atención, pero las clausulas para cancelar un servicio no están bien detalladas y las hacen a su modo y mas si ya aportaste mas del 45% del costo del servicio te traen vuelta y vuelta para que te lo devuelvan y no completo. si tu paciente se pone grave, ellos se deslindan por que dice su contrato que pueden cancelar en cualquier momento por que siendo grave ya no son competentes. pésima atención al final. y te roban.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención, cómodas y limpias instalaciones, cuentan con el instrumental y equipo necesario para los estudios requeridos. Enfermer@s muy al pendiente, serviciales y amables. Los médicos muy profesionales, preparados atentos y amables. La cereza del pastel es el personal de cocina deliciosa la comida y el personal muy servicial. Definitivamente recomendable la experiencia hospitalaria.
