★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elaen Plastic Surgery Clinic located in Hospital Joya Nuevo Vallarta is a state of the art facility. The office as well as the pre/post operative room lacks no detail for a zen and calming experience.
Exceptional clinic & staff in every regard.
From my first free consultation to post-op, Dr Alejandro has been amazing, honest and thorough. I did not come to Elaen clinic with a simple surgery requirement but contrarily the aftermath of a surgery gone wrong.
Not a moment did i hesitate in believing my surgery would be anything but a success.
Dr Alejandro is a class act in EVERY sense. ?
Special thank yous to 2 lovely ladies, Erika (assistant) & Rebecca (nurse) ? who've been with me from the beginning.
Also a special ? to Dr Rosa, Dr Jeff, Dr Mary-loo & Jonathan who made my journey a safe and pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had an elective surgery at this facility. The faciliity is top notch! Clean, aestetic and the nursing care I recieved was amazing. My doctor was phenominal. I felt secure and completely cared for in the best hands of Dr. Alejando's and his staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors and nurses and everyone even housekeeping were the most polite people I felt safe and I loved how my surgery went. I'm going back for a second surgery in October for another procedure. I'm so excited to be going back and to see the wonderful staff. I cant leave out Karina she assists in appointments labs etc. for the doctors shes the go to person for any questions and shes very prompt in answering any questions or concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service. Very professional and very quick to answer any questions, before during and after procedure. Highly recommend to anyone. My brother had his hair done here and turned out so well I decided to do my hairline. Results so far are very impressive, excited for the coming months to see when it grows back out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hospital to get great medical care if you can afford to forfeit your deposit to the Director / Admin Staff (despite your insurance paying your entire bill). If not, go to a more honest and administratively competent hospital. International travelers - beware! (Notes: The person who seems to be central to deposit reimbursements is the Director of Operations, Mr. Jesus Flores Mendoza. The person who manages the International Insurance program is Rosio Palacios who works from the Marina Vallarta San Javier hospital. Omar Covarrubias is the supervisor of the staff that takes in the deposits.)
