★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy llamé para obtener información sobre la clínica porque estoy buscando un nuevo veterinario para mis 2 perros. La primera persona en responder me pasó a la señora "a cargo" y me preguntó cómo podía ayudar. Le pregunté su nombre y ella preguntó por quién estaba buscando y le respondí, alguien que me pueda dar información sobre la clínica y ella respondio que estaba a mis ordenes. Luego le pregunté su nombre de nuevo y literalmente colgó la llamada. Intenté devolver la llamada 3 veces y solo fue al buzón de voz. No me sorprende por el tono de su voz pero fue una pesima experiencia.
Había escuchado cosas buenas sobre este lugar, pero esta fue una de las peores primeras experiencias y se me hace difícil confiar el bienestar de mis mascotas con personas de este tipo.
 Today I called to get information about the clinic because I am looking for a new vet for my 2 dogs. The first person to respond passed me to the lady "in charge" and asked how she could help. I asked her her name and she asked who she was looking for and I answered her, someone who can give me information about the clinic and she replied that she was at my service. Then I asked him his name again and he literally hung up the call. Tried to return the call 3 times and it only went to voicemail. I'm not surprised by the tone of his voice but it was a terrible experience.
I had heard good things about this place, but this was one of the worst first experiences and I find it difficult to entrust the welfare of my pets with people of this type.

Excellent attention and professionalism. Here I operated on my cat and they became my primary veterinarian. The kitten as if nothing. Apart from any doubt, they solve it professionally. Eyes closed with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, lleve a mi gata botas por una esterilización y estuvo muy bien después de la cirugía. La doctora Andrea con su equipo le dio el seguimiento requerido sin escatimar en las revisiones y siempre con muy buena atención.
Y como MVZ que soy, puedo decir que es un buen lugar.
Excellent service, I took my cat boots for a sterilization and she was very well after surgery. Dr. Andrea with her team gave him the required follow-up without skimping on check-ups and always with very good care.
And as an MVZ, I can say that it is a good place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de los doctores es súper buena. Lleve a un perro atropellado y el diagnóstico y tratamiento fueron los acertados sin tener gastos innecesarios. Los domingos tienen descuentos. Recomiendo consultar antes si esto aplica siempre.
