★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio. Agende dos citas con el pediatra rodriguez y el mismo dia que agende a las 3 horas me llamaron y como no pudr contestar me cancelaron la cita. Esto paso en dos ocaciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bueno pues a mi me toco una mala experiencia en este hospital.. realmente no lo recomiendo... y creo que fue en general, mala, experiencia en instalaciones con algunas personas de cunas, el tiempo de comida, las camas no funcionan, la regadera estaba en mal estado, tienen practicantes del cónalep y no hay quien los supervise, dejaron a mi esposa sin medicamento, hablé con la Srta, Teresita Valades de administración y me pidió que le hiciera un escrito el cual se lo ise y no me lo recibió, yo aun tengo el escrito con migo, dicen que tienen cámaras para monitoriar los cuneros y no las tienen, hay algún turno que me toco por la mańana donde mi nińo estaba des cobijado y llorando y nadie lo atendía. Espero que si pueda llegar al corporativo este mensaje,, porque no creo que la Srta. Teresa Valadez no pueda resolver el mal servicio de las instalaciones, ya que no pudo atender el mío.... espero alguna respuesta y saber a donde puedo poner mi queja...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque el doctor Martínez Ceja es un buen médico, el tiempo de atención es PESIMO para lo que se paga por consulta... dan citas cuya hora no se respeta. Después de una hora esperando, no son para dar algún aviso al paciente y al preguntae, se me dijo que se atendían a las pacientes conforme fueran llegando. Total falta de respeto al tiempo del paciente.
