I spoke to ask for an appointment and they treated me very badly, they have no tact with the patient and it even seems as if you were asking for the service for free, very bad attention from the receptionists seems as if they did not feel like answering ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible , insalubre, sin equipo en el área post operatorio para cualquier emergencia . Había gotas de sangre en el piso , cama y silla . No había gel anti bacterial, ni bote para residuos médicos . Se que es barato pero ni el imss está así .
Horrible, unhealthy, no equipment in the postoperative area for any emergency. There were drops of blood on the floor, bed and chair. There was no antibacterial gel, no medical waste canister. I know it's cheap but not even the imss is like that.

No van a limpiar las habitaciones, la basura se llena hasta arriba, no hay jabón en los baños y si algo llegara a salir mal no hay ni equipo ni personal para atender una emergencia. Si te vas a operar ahí es porque estás seguro que no tendrás ninguna complicacion que dudo que alguien sepa eso.
The worst, it's dirty, it's too basic. The rooms are not going to be cleaned, the garbage is filled to the top, there is no soap in the bathrooms and if something were to go wrong there is no equipment or personnel to attend to an emergency. If you're going to have surgery there, it's because you're sure you won't have any complications, so I doubt anyone knows that.
